Very unprofessional, their dispatch schedulers are extremely rude as well as one of their crane operators. The service delivery from last year to this year has gone down hill fast. I understand people have bad days but everyday seems like a bad one for this company. If they show up early on a job site, expect the crane operator to pressure you into getting your job done quicker so he can hurry up and get on with his schedule. read more

If your gunna hire huge crane drivers make sure they know the rights to stopping in parking lots he about took me and my kids out Mr.John and tells me I'm driving like a race car when he speeding after dropping off load at lowes then goes at least 25 in parking lot to just turn and go get lunch and runs over the curb to even park and not even stop to turn just pulls out and I had to slams on brakes or he would of ran the top of the car of hit the side of us!!! Amazing! What a show for the whole neighborhood!!! Tim showed up right on time and started setting up the rug in the street. Neighbors from all over came to watch the show. He took his time and great care with the huge boom and lifted the swim spa over the house. Tim was able to carefully place the spa down in backyard between two houses and only A foot from the wall. I returned that piece of garbage you call a crane this morning. This was easily the worst equipment rental I have experienced in my life. 1) The yard man couldn't even get the crane onto the trailer, the 1/2 inch lip was too much for the tiny front wheels. I had to offer a 1/4 inch plywood piece in order to load it. 2) Brain dead steering system. Fixed front wheels means extremely difficult steering. Forward backward forward backward forward backward. 3) I had to lay plywood everywhere in order to move it, picking up pieces of large 3/4 plywood and laying it before I could move it. COLOSSAL WASTE OF TIME. 4) Criminal stability. The engineer who designed a crane with zero stability and a single rear wheel needs to be drawn and quartered.Easily the most dangerous piece of garbage I have ever operated. 5) Delivery area large enough for a 2 car lane, impossible to turn a trailer around in. WHO decided on that delivery location? Don't you people know I need a trailer to move that gear? 6) Thursday and Friday 5 calls completely unanswered until I was forced to keep the unit over the weekend costing me an additional 1500 dollars. I spent 3 thousand dollars and wasted a week of my time with that shit you call a crane. I got ripped off royaly. OMG That's the last thing I consider from you. read more

This week I had Pat and Darin out to help me install a few package units. They both showed up early with clean trucks and uniforms that looked like they had been worked in as they should. These dudes were quick and eager to help. They brought water which is the same thing as handing out gold in Arizona. Because of these men I will always look to you guys first. read more

Not happy waking up to a crane parked blocking my driveway - nor the fact these people NEVER had the courtesy to knock on the door FIRST before their major project and ask if I had NEED to move my vehicle from the driveway before they started their job (I guess me going to work is not in their plan) ONLY THEIR PROJECT is a Priority; these people have no common courtesy - I would not recommend them to people that don't want trouble with their neighbors afterwards :P read more
