Upon arrival they gave me an iPad with 10 forms per kid to fill out (I have a 2 year old with me). This is something I should have been able to do at home before but I was never informed of this. If you can I highly recommend doing that! The first time I brought my kids to the appointment they told me they hadn't verified my insurance and I would have to do cash pay or reschedule. The blame was pushed onto me because they had called me the day before to get the insurance ID but I was at the doctor and couldn't do it at that time. They NEVER told me that my appointment would need to be rescheduled if they couldn't get the info, and they made ZERO other attempts to contact me. Now we have waited an hour to be seen. The waiting room is full of people and children and our appointment was an hour ago. They really need to fix the way they are running things up front.

These are corporate dental box stores that use dentists that graduate from wherever and speak whatever languages and treat you the same way once they get you into the dental chair. The Dental Hygienists are the same way. All of them are on a quota system and it's all about the dollar system for these dental box stores and not your care. Your care doesn't matter, but your dollars do. May 15 I went in for a right side deep cleaning. They took me back and numb my right side up. Then the hygienist left and took care of someone else. When she came back the numbness was wearing off and the Dentist had to re-numb me again. This is Saturday and a portion of my right lip and jaw area is still numb. My right jaw area swollen and lower right jaw area is bruised (my right side jaw stayed bruised for two weeks). I expect and demand professionally trained dental professionals to provide care when I pay top dollar when I for their services. Not be a training tool for apprentice level corporate clearing house transfer stations. I texted photos to the Bella Smiles to verify my what I said. I found this dental office schedule an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. That's what I wanted to have done, they scheduled an exam which was six weeks out, which I thought was crazy but that was fine then they started calling me having quite a few cancellations and got me in sooner once I got my exam and got my x-rays which cost over $300 because I do not have dental insurance. They told me that I had some decay, how much decay but we're adamant that I needed to get my teeth cleaned. I really couldn't afford it at the time, but I was told if I didn't agree I would have to find another Dentist and since I was already there and I paid for the x-rays I didn't want to go through the hassle so I agreed. So after paying almost 2 grand for an exam x-rays and getting my teeth deep cleaned, the dental hygienist told me she'd see me back in one month to check my gums. She never told me when I come back in that month that she's gonna clean my teeth again and that's gonna cost me $200. I realized after my cleaning they scheduled me to come back in another 45 days to have my gums checked. That's when I called them and asked them. What about my cavities. How many do I have? I find out that I have three cavities so they care more about pocketing all that money, acting like they're worried about my dental health, but they'll let me sit here with all this decay. Probably hoping that I'll have to have root canal. I thought when I came in to get my teeth cleaned somewhere in between there, I would get my fillings filled these people are so greedy. They do not care about people. They care about money one of the worst dentist office I've ever been to. The dentist is a control freak and has done absolutely nothing on me every time I've came in there when I told him that when I floss my teeth, it's getting hooked on something and he said it was some decay and he would fix it. They gave me a sonic care toothbrush told me to use it twice a day and to floss hurts really bad when you have cavities. I've never heard of a dentist not wanting to fill cavities as soon as possible. Yeah they work four days a week they over schedule and then of course the dentist is taking a whole week off in the week of November that dudes nothing but money hungry. I don't think anyone has a right to tell anyone what they need to do with their teeth if their teeth wanna all fall out that's on them. This guy forced me to do what he wanted done and did not do the things that I wanted to have done and I'm still sitting here now with three cavities $2000 later.
