It seems to me that ever since I came out as non-binary the office staff has made it purposely different to receive care. When I can get in to get my shot the nursing staff is very quick and gentle.

I saw Dr. Popkin, he was very kind and professional. I have PCOS which is a complicated condition. Dr. Popkin is knowledgeable and took the time to listen to me in regards to my symptoms. He was willing to listen to my input and didn't give me the standard "lose weight" that most doctors have given me, as with PCOS it is not that simple or easy. I highly recommend him and am grateful to have found him. To note: the office is absolutely beautiful and the staff are very welcoming. The only downside was the wait, I was taken back very quickly however had to wait quite a while to be seen. I would still highly recommend the practice due to their excellent bedside manner.

Our doctors (Dr. Emarievbe (delivery) and Dr. Gardener (receiving and triaging) were OUTSTANDING. Knowledgeable, caring, and wonderful bedside manners. They made us feel at ease and we can honestly say this was the BEST hospital experience we have ever had. I can not thank our RNs enough. Especially Kelsey (receiving), Dena (delivery), and Margaret (post delivery care). These ladies deserve medals. Dena in particular cared for my family as if we were her own. She was absolutely incredible and we were so thankful to have her as our delivery RN. In addition, we also spoke to different staff members during our stay. Alexis (RN) helped us with nursing. Pediatricians stopped by just to check up on us, and two amazing staff members did my child's audio assessment and screening. I wish I took better notes on everyone's names. Five stars. All the way. I have a monthly prescription that is refilled consistently and when I went to pick it up from my…read morepharmacy, the pharmacist said the dr won't refill until I go for 'my 6 month appt. I had no problem with that but have your office call me, not the pharmacist as this was inconsistent of my appt schedule. This caused me to be out of my beta blocker and when I finally got a prescription to hold me over until my Dr appt, they sent the wrong prescription. I called consistently and after I got the right prescription, i had been off of it for 5 days. This could have had a negative impact to my system. During this time, the Dr never called and checked in, nothing. I would NOT trust your health to these people as they definitely do not show that they care about you! They are too "rushed" to ensure they send out the right medications!

He had 0 bedside manner. Never communicated anything with me as to what was going on while I was in labor. I had fallen asleep after 3 unsuccessful hours pushing, he came in, woke me up and said, "why are you sleeping?!" Had 0 empathy, prescribed me narcotics after I told him no, and said, "you're going to need them." Made me feel like I was doing something wrong the whole time. To top it all off, he screwed up my now 2 1/2 year olds circumcisn, because he was in too big of a rush to care, and we just had to have it revised. He is the absolute worst. If you can have any other doctor there you're in good hands, but not him.
