We live on the beach and, with pollen and salt, windows and glass doors get very dirty! That's the good news; the bad news is that we were the last house he did before retiring. He does hope that his partner, Eddie Jackson, will continue (he has been with Joe for the past 6 years, helped with our windows and was as thorough and detail-oriented as Joe (e.g. using a razor blade for detailing!). We're sorry to see him retire because we've not seen many like him but happy for him that he gets to retire after many years of doing great work.
