I've came here mainly for Webster technique (perinatal chiropractic care) while pregnant and postpartum for myself and also for both of my sons who had both lip and tongue ties to help with breastfeeding. For myself, I was treated for SPD (symphysis pubic dysfunction) pain while pregnant, and adjustments helped me tremendously. Postpartum I've also been adjusted for low back and hip pain, and "mommy shoulder" tightness from breastfeeding. They have this cool table that has an adjustable bump space for when you need to be on your belly while preggo. And their roller tables are a nice treat after adjustments. The facility has plenty of parking and is kid and mommy friendly. The waiting room has a small play area and changing table along with comfy chairs if you need to breastfeed or change a poopy diaper.

My experience--and the experience of others--shows a disturbing pattern of misleading billing, surprise charges, and unprofessional behavior. I was charged over double during a lawsuit--$105 per visit for the same care I later received for $50. I was also billed $100 for exercises that were emailed to me with a link to youtube I was never told this was a billable charge. They refused to let me use my insurance-covered visits saying insurance doesn't cover wellness visits, which is not true. This practice feels predatory--taking advantage of people in difficult situations. Other reviewers had similar issues with surprise bills and insurance miscommunication. Be careful. I was even able to view another patient's statement that they are suing, and the billing codes are the same however our charges are not. Seems very shady.

Durham VA Care in Community reached out with approval of approval and how many visits covered. Once scheduled I had in depth comprehensive with Dr Nathani for my initial assessment and then she came up with comprehensive plan which not only included adjustments but massage TENS and physical therapy to help me improve. Its has been part of my life over 2 yrs awaiting my newest approval to return because when rules of pain management changed people weren't offered a step down providers vanished to afraid to give medicine and most MDs have no knowledge of chiro or alternative measures when dealing with pain. Let's hope that people like Dr Nathani are going to keep providing continuous care. The office doesn't seem to use any sort of system and is in complete chaos with no one knowing what was supposed to be done with me. The doctor isn't even a real MD, just a chiropractor.
