The staff do not seem to understand how or care enough to do their job properly. I came here for a cleaning, xrays, and had a tooth filled that had a cavity. Later I was notified that i was responsible for a $700 bill that my insurance was refusing to cover. When I asked the claims specialist why the claim was rejected she let me know that its not her job to find out why and i would need to reach out to my insurance company. My insurance company let me know they only denied the claim because there were billing errors listed on the claim and it was submitted multiple times. They had already sent the dental office this information and were even willing to reach out to them again. The concerning part is the claims specialist didn't even take the time to follow up on the claim before sending me the bill and instead of taking accountability she acted as if it was no fault of hers when things were settled. The bill came out much less than $700 and i didn't owe them for any out of pocket expenses. Also the hole in my tooth wasn't filled properly. I had to go to another dental office to have the procedure redone. I didn't mind the loud club music they were playing though it seemed unprofessional for medical care. I could handle the poor attitude of the staff but, I can't compromise on getting quality dental care. I learned this is not the place for it.

Partial that I received was not even with the remaining teeth. 3. The back teeth that the partial was/is connected to are now broken. 4. May of 2020 partial broke. Dr. Holland fixed partia, but suggested that I go to a "cheaper dentist" that may be able to resolve my problem ( this was after spending over $2,000 for the work he had performed). 5. He suggested that I use dental sealant to secure my denture but gave no reason for the two broken back teeth At present, bottom teeth are uneven due to the partial.
