Though the retail selection is sparse I find this company focuses on their primary intent of delivering prescriptions timely and with care and caution. It's been 2 weeks that I've been trying to get a prescription filled. I used the online form to transfer 2 prescriptions out here. I had planned on using the branch inside Target but the one on Oak Street claimed they could get them faster. So, I had them transferred there. First I was told it would take 2-3 days. Then I couldn't get through/out of the phone tree...for 2 days! It would say that I needed to talk to the pharmacist but wouldn't let me connect. Finally, I go into the store and they have 1ready. Ok, well at least we're getting somewhere. So, I ask when #2 will be ready, they say Monday. But then I notice on Saturday it says I have to call the pharmacy to fill. So I call and the guy says they'll order it for Monday. Monday... No. Tuesday... No. Wednesday... No. And Thursday isn't looking very promising either. But no one can tell me if/where there is another CVS where I can get it or when they'll have it. I asked at another nearby chain pharmacy and they have it in stock (and apparently have no issues getting it) but it's almost $50 more. Sigh.

I transferred all to Kroger, and within minutes, they called to say they would no longer fill my scripts as they have a zero tolerance for people yelling at their people. I yelled because they kept up the lies. Well, I have a zero tolerance for ignorance and unethical practices! My health means nothing to them. I already quit them, this was their lame attempt at saving face. So I say beware and double-check your prescriptions when you get them!!!
