Told me to have a seat it would be ready shortly. After sitting there waiting almost 30 min. I went to counter and ask young man about it. They had filled it away in the shelves with all the other filled medication.

Constant questions about how many test strips I use and how many I have left. They decided to just stop filling my prescription for them. I guess they think they know better than my doctor. After lodging my complaint, the Pharmacist said if you don't like it, there are other places to go. Such arrogance. I certainly will take his advice and find someplace else that I can trust to fill my medications.

This company is a mess from top to bottom. They keep shipping CPAP supplies even after you…read moreexplicitly decline them--and often send items that don't even match your prescription. Their billing and software systems are a disaster. They recently "upgraded" from something that looked straight out of the 1990s to a newer version that somehow works even worse. Payments get lost or misapplied, and they'll hound you about overdue balances until you provide proof of your own payments, complete with dates and amounts, just so they can reconcile their books. Even with a valid credit card on file, they'll still send threatening notices about sending your account to collections because their system can't process your card correctly. I can only assume they went cheap on their new software--because it shows. To top it off, the staff couldn't care less. Indifferent, unhelpful, and quick to deflect blame. Avoid if you can.

My account was never recovered, so we stopped going and switched to Costco and the Sam's Club in Little Rock. After almost a year, we finally returned to the Conway location. While scanning our items, the store's main manager, Kevin, recognized us. He mentioned he hadn't seen us in a while and asked what had happened. He even remembered our account issue! After explaining everything, he sincerely apologized, said he'd look into it, and comped our membership for a year! That's leadership and customer service! Now I can come back every weekend.
