The bacon was nice and crispy but the was the only good part. The pasta was way over cooked and it didn't have much Of a queso taste. Service was the best part. The woman who took my order welcomed me in, helped me select a beverage, and made polite conversation with me while she prepared my drink. She was just so warm, welcoming, affirming, and kind. I felt right at home. Somewhat embarrassingly, I'm far enough removed from the experience that I don't remember exactly what I got. I asked the employee what her favorite specialty drink was and ordered that. In my head, I believe it was something involving cinnamon and white chocolate, but I'm not positive. At any rate, it was a solid drink. I do remember the white chocolate element having a slightly chemical-y aftertaste, which is unfortunately common with white chocolate syrups - or so I feel. Each sandwich is made fresh- fresh bread, freshly sliced meats and cheeses, freshly cooked cheesesteaks, and wait for it.....CRISPY BACON. Does that actually exist in a sandwich place? Yep- only at Jersey Mike's! The boys in my household love the chicken bacon ranch cheesesteak, and the girls love the ham and provolone! We love the fresh sliced meats and cheeses, knowing our sandwiches are all made to order, and the great customer service.
