You hung up on me I took my business from you. Let's see which hurts more! All of that after sitting on the phone for 30 minutes waiting for them to answer with 2 calls ahead as I'm sure they were just arguing as well. Just because you work there doesn't give you the right to act like you don't have to do anything for the customer. I called back to check the status and they blamed the other pharmacy. I called the other pharmacy who advised that walgreens had just now sent it over and they had just spoke on the phone with them. I called walgreens who assured my son, who tried to get it for me, that they would text me the second it was ready. I casually mentioned I was just 10 minutes from the store. This was around 2:00. They put it off until I got the text at 5:43pm. I got in the car, was held up 2 minutes at the light, but I made it! I sat behind a car for 3 minutes. As they drove off I pulled up and they shut the shade! I look at my phone and it was 5:59. I pushed the call button. I honked my horn for that entire minute. I yelled that I need that medication and that was the point of transferring it and begged them to please give it to me... and my caregiver went to the door to tell them they shut the shade on me and I was in line on time. Now I remember why they haven't been my main pharmacy since 2022!!! Thats okay. I am grateful for the reminder, because I was about to transfer all my medications, about 12 very pricey ones, back to my local Walgreens. They saved me alot of hassle. I had corporate on the phone before he got back to the car. I will never darken their drive thru again. I told Corporate everything they did and did not do as well as told them that I will never have them so much as give me a flu shot ever again. They caused me prolonged suffering and if my health gets worse, I will be sure to call a lawyer about it. If they had told me they had no intention of filling that prescription, one little prepackaged pill that took until 15 minutes before closing to fill, I would have transferred it to Walmart instead! This is what they did instead. That one pill cost them a small fortune they could have made off my full list of meds every month. I hope they get fired for their actions because they shouldn't treat people like that, and that is how they treated me a few years back. It was always a hassle, and I think they were double billing back then, too, saying something cost 120.00 that was less than 10.00 on my insurance, yet said they saved me with a good rx card. and I was bedbound after surgery back then so I couldn't argue. Thats why I left. The new pharmacy billed it right the first time. Thanks for shaking my memory bank! I nearly forgot what money and suffering they caused me! Closer to home is not more convenient!! They do not care. Use a different pharmacy.

Once I was at the store, the pickup staff were unable to reverse the charges, directing me to the corporate 800 number. After spending 10 minutes navigating an unhelpful phone AI, I was told they couldn't assist me. I then had to track down the staff to retrieve the unwanted substitute items and go inside the store to Customer Service for the correction. The entire process, which is designed for convenience, took over 30 minutes to fix. The store and call-in support systems need to be drastically improved to allow for immediate corrections on-site.

It's not available where we live because it's a southern/east beer, don't we have good beer where we live ?. I found it but the 30 pack can is no where to be found and only a 12 of bottles is everywhere, they said that would be fine so I grabbed Some. This Walmart is your standard Walmart which everyone knows and I'm just grabbing some more beer to take back to work, it's the grocery super store kind with the the specific beer I needed and nothing special. Now I'm curious about this beer so I grab a sixer and it's very similar to Point beer ?, every where around us.

Wanted to come here to use my Starbucks and get some things. Haven't been in about a year or so…read morebecause it's not the closest to me but it's a nice size. I do like how it's right near a train station so you don't have to drive there. It's right near a food court and hotels too so very convenient. It has two levels and I was greeted and asked if I needed help by some employees which was nice. I asked where an item was and was given a decent response. Place was busy and I got what I came for. The only take away and it's not the stores fault is the people outside the store . This guy was trying to get my attention when he saw me looking around and got rude when I ignored him.

Odd may best describe this CVS location. First and foremost is that this is a two story location…read more One that allows you to enter from the street and one that will allow you to enter through the Hub. The downstairs portion is is where the pharmacy and medication is located. The upstairs portion is everything else that a CVS has to offer. Both sections have the ability to offer checkout...when that section is open. I came here on my first day to get drinks and snacks for my room. I entered through the Hub and made my way up the rickety steps. The steps that were open sometimes. See, I came back a few more time sand the steps had rope across and were barricaded. Making you have to take the slow elevator with other people since there was no other way to get up or down the stairs. My first visit here I had made my selections and headed towards the self checkouts. I kid you not, when I got to them, they actively started to shut them down. Forcing everyone to use the traditional registers. I wish the customer service here would have been better as well. I asked a question about the area and kind of got the 'don't bother me' vibe in the answer.
