I paid the invoice that was sent to me of approx. $1500. I would appreciate if you would split the amount I have paid to your firm and would hope it would seem appropriate for a refund 50% of it, as other than sending me bills to pay, I have received zero usable work product from you. I am never one to question how people spend their hours, but I am 100% certain that the earth is scorched and here I am with empty hands, an empty wallet, and an IRS filing that I paid to have submitted, that was apparently never sent. Not ideal when we are grieving the loss of a family member.
