For the past several years that I have gone to his office I have had the unpleasantness of having to see him maybe two to three times, and that was forced upon me because the nurse practitioners were booked. I have purposely gone out of my way, even when extremelyy ill, to avoid having to see him. Below is a message that I sent him today 1/19/18 It is in response to him sending me a message that I would be dropped as a patient after I used a curse word while speaking with a nurse who was incapable of helping me yesterday. "No need for your message, because in case the nurse didn't relay all of my "vulgar language", I had also stated that I would no longer being using your office. For the several years that I have been to your office, Dr Herbowy, I have had the unpleasantness of having to see you maybe two to three times, and that was only due to the fact that none of the nurse practitioners were available. You're a horrible doctor with no bedside manner or personality, so I purposely made all possible steps necessary to avoid making an appointment with you. Please relay to Casey that the pearls, which I have repeatedly told your office and any provider I have seen that they do not work, have of course... NOT WORKED SINCE PICKING THEM UP LAST NIGHT! I went to the hospital thinking I had pneumonia because of all the symptoms I had, one of them being my cough. A cough that has pulled all of my abdominal muscles, has me seeing stars/specks of light, is causing migraines and making it feel like I am going to pop a vein in my head, is making my ribs and back feel like they are going to crack, has me on the verge of losing my voice, and to top it all off... I am unable to hold my bladder!!! I am literally wetting myself as an adult 26yr old woman because neither you or Casey could be bothered to be professional health care providers and help me with a cough syrup or any other kind of suppressant besides the pearls. Parking in front and behind the building. Smaller lobby area with a new self sign in machine. The receptionists are the best, so down to earth and friendly... they become family. Dr. Booth has the best bed side manner of any professional in the medical field I've ever experienced. Her passion and kindness in any situation is remarkable. I've been going here for routine physical exams, sick visits, immunizations and flu shots. They always get me in for sick visits, common colds and sore throats ... or refills on meds. Highly recommend them.

After my last visit in 2024 to receive medical paperwork for a work accommodation, Dr W's PA was heard being loud and passive aggressive talking about me as if I wasn't in the room down the hall. Dr W seemed overwhelmed being directed by a front desk person and the PA on what to do for my paperwork. I initially changed primary care doctors in hopes of finding a female provider that accepts Medicaid, it seems impossible at times especially if one of your factors is also location and proximity to home. I forgot who recommended this office but they said I could always see the PA if I wanted to instead of the doctor if preferring gender specific care. After the last visit, I can say assuredly I prefer Dr W to his PA, and don't care much of gender because of it now. Despite the last visit, he was always friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable with any care plans I needed. Front office is usually efficient. May not always be the friendliest but they get you checked in and out as need be. I don't usually wait for long at this office to be seen, either. Until I can find something better, Dr W works for now. I'll be sure to schedule any future appointments with only him and NOT his PA.

Dr Rice has been my primary care physician for as long as I can remember. She is very…read moreprofessional, but also personable. A lot of people dread going to the doctor, but not me! They have a relatively new system online where you can make appointments, check test results or ask the doctor a question etc. It is also an app (what isn't now a days!) It is very convenient. I believe it is called MyCare. I highly recommend Dr. Rice and the staff. They are excellent!
