I had some labs that were ordered by my doctor and this was one of the locations the work order was sent to. I called the hospital early Monday morning to make sure that they had my orders. I was transferred to lab department and the person I talked to verified and stated that they had received my orders, I was able to come in and get them completed today, but the lab closes at 12 noon. I drove over an hour to get them done and when I arrived (a little after 11) the front desk employee states they were closed, I explained to her what I had been told over phone, she wasn't empathetic at all and provided a dry in genuine apology with I don't know who could have told you that. Btw I needed to have labs completed 3 days before my appointment which was on Thursday.

I wrote a review, but they immediately took it down for 'violating community guideline', so I'm writing a new one. my experience here was so terrible. the workers were so inconsiderate, rude, not caring, and really didn't give a crap as long as they got paid. they took me off all my meds except for my sleeping me, and sent me home with two new meds without even making sure I didn't have withdrawals or bad side effects for taking me off my meds so suddenly. they didn't care if people got bullied or harassed until someone spoke up, and even then, they didn't do anything to fix it other than talk to the person, like THATS going to make a difference. Im also autistic and have a bear and blankie I can't sleep without for the life of me. they didn't care. they don't even care to listen to when we have actual problems to talk about. I wouldn't be surprised if more than 200 people left the world after getting out of this crap hole. a girl got called a wh0r3 for wearing shorts because pants make her claustrophobic, and she had a panic attack because she was forced to put on pants. I got dress coded for wearing a shirt that barely showed any of my shoulders and collarbone because god forbid that a female shows her shoulders. never go to this place unless you want to leave worse than what you arrived. the food was amazing, and THATS the only good thing about the place. I hate this place, and if I didn't know better, I would've left immediately after getting out. if you're admitting yourself, a kid, family member, or friend, DONT admit them here. 0/10 do not recommend in the slightest. they also didn't give us hairbrushes or combs, so people have literally had to cut their hair after getting out because it would get so tangled and matted. if you're going to admit yourself or someone you know, do it at least at lighthouse in Augusta, Georgia, because at least they care a little bit, unlike this place. this place is absolute garbage, other than the heavenly food, so please never go here.

At times the office can be a very busy place as they do have a thriving walk in business, but in all circumstances they do provide high quality care promptly. I've never missed an appointment, have always paid on time, and have maintained a courteous relationship with the staff. Over the past year, I've experienced some health complications that have understandably caused me a great deal of anxiety. As a result, I've had more questions than usual regarding my lab results and even requested additional testing to better understand my health. At no point was I confrontational or disrespectful--just a concerned patient trying to advocate for myself. A few days ago, I attempted to log into the online portal to request a prescription refill, only to find I had been locked out. When I called the office for help, I was shocked to learn I had been dismissed from the practice--without any prior notice. They could not even give me a reason. Only that it Is what was decided I belive this is because I had been "asking too many questions." There had been no conflicts, no missed appointments, and no issues with payment--just a patient with chronic health conditions seeking clarity and care. I rarely leave reviews, but I find this situation to be deeply unethical and unprofessional. If the practice felt my needs were beyond their scope, a conversation and referral would have been appropriate. Instead, I was cut off from care with no warning or support in finding alternative providers. Patients should never be penalized for taking an active role in their health.

Although I have had to ask the status four times and no one ever is really sure what's happening. I've had five people come in after me and be taken care of before me. It just doesn't make sense. I have an hour long MRI and to have to wait over that time to even go back seems excessive.
