This is after I took the week off of work for the surgery, and will now have my return to work delayed for recovery time because the surgery is now rescheduled elsewhere at a later date. So, they cost me two weeks of work, Now who's losing money? I find this very inconsiderate and unacceptable, especially since they had two weeks to figure this out. There has been a few times that I've left messages on the voicemail and someone actually calls me back! That's more than I can say for other medical offices in the area. The lead time to get an appointment is about the same as other doctors, but that's to be expected. I usually ask if there is a cancelation list and that sometimes helps. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns/symptoms and throughly explained what the possible causes were and what we needed to do moving forward.
