I felt very comfortable and knew I was in the best hands. Any time I needed to contact him for a question- he was always a text, email, or phone call away. I never had to play phone tag with the office because he ensures that his patients can get ahold of him directly- no matter the day or time! I'm a RN and I have never met a Dr. who contacts his postoperative patients on a weekend to check in on them. All of his staff from the office, to the surgery center, were informative and friendly. When I say he is a "Jack of All Trades" I'm not kidding. He does it all! Board-certified plastic surgery, reconstructive surgery, and orthopedics- just to name a few! Every day I call I get a message saying that there are 15 or more people on hold ahead of me. No option to leave a message, no option to message with someone, and the on-line appointment tool is difficult and doesn't offer free-form to enter the real reason for the visit or the real type of insurance. I have lost connection in the appointment tool three times and am giving up and going with another ortho practice that actually cares enough about the patient to have a good admin staff. I am sure that the physicians are good so it is very unfortunate. My time is important and communication is important to me. Wonder how many other people are doing the same. This might have been a higher rating if I could actually have gotten in to see the doctor.

They called a week before my appointment when I was in the car to tell me she went on maternity leave and I could not be seen by anyone for six months - June 19. I was in the car so I recorded it wrong and missed the appointment. Now they will not reschedule it because I missed it. I have been with the SB Clinic for nearly 20 years and have never been made to feel more unwanted and uncared for than with this office. They clearly do not care about people.

Urgent care or ER is an absolute nightmare. It doesn't matter if there are 5 or 50 patients…read morewaiting you will wait, wait, and wait until you see a doctor. And not only are you waiting...you are waiting in a room suitable to refrigerate your groceries in the Summer. The ER staff is dressed in winter garb but if you are in comfortable Summer attire, I guarantee you'll leave there with a low grade fever or at least an infection of some type. I went a week later to have the procedure. He injected 2cc's of restylane into my top and bottom lip and told me I would see the full effect of the injections in about 2 weeks. I saw only a slight change but not what I was promised, at a cost of $925.00. After a week, I saw nothing. What a waste of money. I went back in to show the Dr. Chadwell where he seemed upset and made derogatory comments because I started to show some emotion. He was basically making fun of me. He said he would reinject another 2cc's. He never made mention that I would be charged again. Needless to say, I had the same result...NONE. What a disappointment. Dr Chadwell should stick to his profession as an Otolaryngologist. He is not trained to do facial procedures. Avoid this doctor at all costs.

I was amazed how easy the procedure was - it was done before I knew it. I think because of his decades of experience, he is the best around. I don't do many reviews, but I thought he deserved a fantastic one. Lastly, I had an issue with my insurance company, and he and his staff personally got involved to reduce my cost by hundreds of dollars. They sent personalized letters to the insurance company and provided all of the documents needed to pay for the procedure. That is great customer service from the beginning to the end!!!

I knew from the moment I met him and his staff that he was the one I wanted to do my breast reconstruction after I was diagnosed with breast cancer. He was so attentive starting during the first consultation, he did not try to "sell" his work, just let it speak for itself. I could not recommend him more. My reconstruction looks PERFECT and NATURAL. The healing process was fast, minimal bruising, the incision scars just look amazing. I was so nervous before the surgery, but his calm and confident demeanor made me feel calm and confident. Even since my surgeries, he has been so attentive, remembers little details, and could not be more professional. Now onto his staff--they all are so sweet and always made me feel welcomed, and not like just another patient, but an actual person. Amazing. I was a patient of Dr. Glaziers for over 12 years. Apparently, I was given three urine tests three…read moremonths in a row and none of my meds were in my system at all. Never in my over 12 years did I have any issues with urine tests, but all of a sudden, I'm devoid of any medications. And the way I was dropped from the practice was extremely unprofessional. I received a call from Dr. Glaziers wife three days after Christmas to tell me that Dr. Glazier would no longer see me. The next day I went into my family doctor and she gave me a urine test and guess what, all my meds were in my system. I never sold my meds, took them always the way they were prescribed, but I think it was either the male nurse Carl or Dr. Glazier lied because he did not like my insurance as he told me every month how he had to argue with them to cover procedures. All these years later and my back is so much worse from all the shots he put in my back! I should have sued as the amount of shots he gave me were enough for another pain doctor that I now see to be like WHAT??? Procedures every 2-3 months. Now you tell me that's normal!! This pain doctor I see now doesn't shove narcotics down my throat and his entire staff is so kind. Dr. Glazier needs to retire before he kills a patient with all those narcotics and steroids.

He was pretty much told since he was getting a 2nd opinion he was no longer a patient with Smith. The day he saw the other Dr, he was sent to a pain specialist and for an injection. The first day, the first visit. The injection and pain specialist appointment was made for the SAME DAY!!! :O I think his pain was bad, huh? I dont know why this didnt happen sooner. Surgery was 1/2 year earlier. He needs another surgery likely.
