Rating: 4.5 We…read morepurchased a home recently and after doing some research we found that its a good idea to have duct cleaned for the house before moving in especially since previous owner had multiple dogs and cats. I had looked into duct cleaners in the areas and came about this place as well as another one. I had a brief text back and forth and they quoted me about $1100 for 1 system and $1650 for 2 system with new customer discount of $100 which i thought was bit pricy. I had got a quote from another place and the guy came in. To inspect. He counted the number of vents, opened the vent and looked into it and told us there are mold and needs mold remediation along with cleaning, UV light... etc and quoted me over $3k which i thought was crazy for the service and he said it would only take 3 hours. I had thought about getting 2nd opinion and the guys was like trying to give discounts to have us pick in the spot which was a red flag. After this I did more research and had a guy JB come in to inspect from Air duct cleaning of NewEngland. He came in and looked around checked and gave us quote of $850 which was lower than initial quote which i was happy about. I asked some questions and he said 2 guys will come in for couple hours and clean the place. No counting vents or mold remediation. The guys was nice and friendly to talk with. We booked an appointment for the guys to come in and clean the place. We did have an issue with appointment as Kayla reach out to me and said that there was some staffing issue the day of appointment so had to be moved. It was a bit inconvenient as it was 2 days before the appointment but we rescheduled our appointment to later date. The day of appointment 2 guys came in Ivan and Louise. They were younger guys and seemed friendly. Seems like they were pretty efficient and worked on the house from around 8 to11:30 ish for about 3 hours and half. I did ask for before and after picture as well. At the end i had made a payment over phone with the manager and they had me sign some documents and they left. They came back in few minutes as they forgot the document to take back to the office so i gave them the documents and had to ask for the photos on the spot. It seemed like they were rushing a bit which was not the best but they did seem like they did mostly thorough job. I did ask if there were any more from the other technician but didn't seem to get any response later. Overall i was happy with the result of the duct cleaning and i would consider this place for again. I may have to be more bold and ask for more pictures as there were more before picture than after pictures.

Highly recommend this company and their price for the service was more than fair.

This company charges a $165 fee to come to your house to assess the issue. This is not refundable…read moreand they do not apply that to the repair if you move forward. In my case they charged me $1,135 to replace a fan and capacitor on an AC unit. The parts retail for less than $200 and they were on site for less than one hour total. This includes transportation as I live in the same town they operate in. This is price gouging and I will not use them again in any circumstanc.

Given the summer timing, it was about ten days out but they called two days later saying they had a technician in the area who could come out that day. Dan was very professional and knowledgable. Answered our questions and was able to get us back up and running all nice and cool! All for a very reasonable price. We will be using Carjon in the future for any of our mini split service and needs!

The service person who came was very professional and informative. It did cost about $90 just to get the system looked at which I was not expecting at the time. The total ended up being larger than I had expected, but I was willing to pay it because I needed my heat turned on immediately. I would suggest them if you need someone quickly, but it might cost you a little bit more.
