I was asking to have them look at it today. The first person told me he could plug the computer in to see what codes were shown as they closed at 5pm. He said diagnostics could take from 1 to 2 hours. I then asked if they could at least start the process today and thats when he said they had been booked up. Frustrated I called at got someone to take a look who was able to diagnose within 30min. But very frustrating the place where I bought the vehicle feom couldn't have done the same thing esp. Considering its only been in the service department but once in 3 years before today. No good customer service I'd say.

Worst customer service I've ever had. I paid cash for a truck in September and had to take it back…read moremore than 10 times. They said it was from an up fit problem which they had installed and was included in the price. One time when we called the service manager asked us what we wanted him to do. Extremely disappointed and will not deal with them again.

I paid a visit to CFoS to get my company vehicle (2021 Ford Escape) serviced. It began making a…read morehorrible noise under the hood, so I got it in the next morning. The issue was quickly diagnosed to be a faulty alternator and belt. Now mind you the vehicle is only 3 years old and only had 65,000 miles on it. Total price out the door was $1700. A bit higher than other places, but I needed it fixed ASAP and CFoS was able to fix it right then. All I will say is that Ford vehicles seem to have a shorter period before planned obsolescence kicks in than my Hondas and Toyotas ever have. That said, from a dealership perspective, they were kind and accurate with their diagnosis and got it fixed quickly. For that, the 4 stars.

He had a warranty on the truck thank God . They had his truck for 1 month and 2 weeks they also found an oil leak to so I'm trying to understand why you would sell a truck to someone with problems Idk were they hoping for him to fix it just wow. By the way they never updated him on his truck after having it that long , he picked up his truck later that night his engine light came on and his truck went into safe mode so I told him to get it fixed some were else , to get a lawyer and I'm also going to call the better business bureau and also channel five news this is unacceptable period. Doesn't even deserve one star
