Larry completed the repairs in less than 48 hours. The total costs for the repair was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to take any other vehicles I needed to have worked on to Doc's. In a day when too many mechanics or service companies try to take advantage of the customer, it was refreshing to have honest work done at an affordable rate.

They can "never find" the paperwork for our included services. When my husband asked about his window-shield wipers on his Silverado, they sent him to a Ford dealership. I scheduled an oil change appointment and waited twice the time it would have took if I went to Walmart with no appointment instead. Everything is "contracted out", so you still need to go to other places to get things done. For example, I had a small rock crack in my windshield and had to go to a local window shop because this dealership doesn't do that. Overall, just extremely disappointing.
