First thing we wanted to start with was the ceramic floor tiles in the bathroom that were cracking because our shower floor had a crack in it and water was leaking under the ceramic tile. He's like OK I can do that! so we hire him pay him some money upfront because we live a little bit away from him. he comes in first thing he does is the hallway floor for whatever reason starts painting the hallway, then goes in and tears up the tile in the bathroom and never comes back.
