The contractor came out, marked up my lawn, sprayed grass killer, and began preparing the area. Shortly afterward, another contractor happened to stop by and offered a quote. What's worse is that he had already sprayed my yard, leaving me with dead, unsightly grass and no plan to repair or finish the work.
