Fast, easy and a good job was done ! No line so I got really lucky! They offer monthly packages, if you are local it's worth the money!

The car wash broke a piece of the molding off my roof rack.

I rarely leave one star reviews, but this experience honestly left me beyond disappointed. I have…read morebeen going to Spiffy Car Wash in Commack for quite some time and it used to be reliable and worth the money. Ever since the new owners took over and rebranded the place, it has gone downhill significantly. From the moment you pull up to the entrance, the whole vibe has changed and not for the better. Instead of a friendly greeting and straightforward service, you are immediately met with aggressive upselling. It feels less like customer service and more like a sales pitch before you have even had a chance to explain what you want. I understand businesses need to make money, but there is a difference between offering upgrades and making customers feel pressured. The biggest issue, however, is the quality of the wash itself. It is simply awful. My car came out with visible soap residue still on the doors and around the mirrors. The rinse cycle clearly did not do its job because there were streaks everywhere. The lower panels were still dirty as if they had barely been touched. For something that is supposed to be a professional car wash, it looked like I had done a rushed job at home with a garden hose. I actually had to wipe parts of the car down myself afterward just to get the soap off. That completely defeats the purpose of paying for a wash in the first place. It is frustrating to spend your hard earned money and drive away with a car that still looks unclean. The overall experience was disappointing from start to finish. The quality has dropped, the customer experience has changed, and the value just is not there anymore. It is sad to see what used to be a dependable local spot take such a sharp turn in the wrong direction. I truly hope management takes a hard look at what is happening because right now I cannot recommend it to anyone.

This is probably one of the worst car washes I've been to in a long time. If you care about your…read morevehicle and want a true brushless, thorough wash, I'd recommend going elsewhere, such as Aqua Car Wash & Detailing. I made the mistake of giving this place a second chance. The first time I came here, they ran my car through the brushes despite my request for a brushless wash and didn't offer any compensation for the mistake. Today, I returned and clearly told the employee that I wanted a brushless hand wash. She didn't seem to understand what I was asking for, so I went inside and informed another employee, who assured me he would let the staff know. Despite telling them multiple times, my car was still sent through the brushes. When I pointed it out for a third time, they stopped the wash midway and pulled my car around for a hand wash instead. Afterward, I noticed they hadn't even applied tire shine. Once I brought it up, they added it, but the overall quality of the wash was extremely poor. There were water spots and streaks on the windshield and side windows, and the entire job felt rushed and half-hearted. I gave this business a second chance and had the exact same issue. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and go somewhere that actually respects your vehicle.

Ackward to pull thru the auto gate for axcess, especially if you're in a sports car and not an SUV. The ticket machine is placed improperly. Years ago, it closed and like all good things it was replaced by a new "company". I always think it's closed since no one works outside like they used to, but I tried it because it was easy to get in from 347. Pulled in, no one just really pretty vacuums. I was greeted by a machine which it said to follow the card reader and with a little spit shine, I got the dirt off so I could read it. Made my choice and pulled up to an actual human to guide me in but kept saying "neutral" when the big light behind it did not agree so I paid attention to the screen. Brushes were not like the top of the line places - they are the long ones from the arm and the soap seemed to be very little. The power washing on the side of my car popped my gas cover open and honestly, was rather strong to only benefit my tires which after paying for tire care, they look worse then when I went in. I still had tire shine from days ago and now, they look like they came out of a rummage bin. Positive: if you were driving and got hit by a light mist of bird poop or a heavenly touch of pollen it might be good to clean that off there. (If your car is green like pollen paint, pass!) Negative: You definitely do not get your moneys worth. Yes, it was 16.00 but I think it was just a fart that blew the car clean and quality of the soap, is poor. I felt as if the dirt (I keep my car clean, 1-2 times a week) was just being moved around. Base model care, 2 staff members that hose your car down who can't be bothered to say hi, I guess keeps the prices down. What is with that bump at the gate leaving?? **Didn't try the vacuums, would have to buy a "token" then pulled away from the machine making a rediculous u-turn so I can't comment on that. Takeaway: if you like it, that's fine and I was thinking of cancelling my current membership to go there but that's not happening. Not for me.
