Tom did a really nice job replacing my rear bumper cover and reverse light assembly after I was rear ended. He prioritized getting OEM parts for a good fit, which I really appreciated. I can also say that I got my car into the shop quickly and he was able to turn it around in only a week. He stuck to the timeline that he gave me when I booked the service which is something not many people do these days. Best of all, my car was very clean on the outside when I got it back, and he even replaced my license plate hardware for me without even mentioning it. Had an unlucky day during the craptastic snow and ice we had this past winter, needed to get a rocker panel fixed on our van--it was bent up just enough to prevent the passenger side door from opening. I saw SMK had good reviews on other online sites, I took it there. They were able to fix it rather than replace it; did a nice job and didn't cost an arm and a leg. Great local business--if someone has to take my money and do the job, I'd rather it be these guys than a dealer. I'll definitely be going back there for things like inspections. One word of advice: The street they're on, Ettwein, is not continuous -- you can't hop on West Ettwein and follow it east, expecting to get there. So: Get yourself onto Bridge St. first -- they're right off of that. read more

I have had work done at this place many times, its the only place I will go for all my repairs. They do it all at SMK, from body work, state inspection, and emissions, to mechanical work. I recently had an accident with my car, they not only handled my insurance claim, but saved me money too, and the repair is totally undetectable. We are in tough times when it comes to money, you will not find a place for auto repairs that are more reasonable than the guys at SMK. read more
