The windows on both sides were left down and doors were left unlocked in our vehicle. He states he's open 9 to 5 every day but Sunday. We went home and got our spare key and took our vehicle home. We left messages on his machine after this on Thurs, Fri and Sat but he never returned our call until we posted "Where is this guy" on Facebook on Monday morning. We even stopped at the business each day to see if he was working but it was closed up each day. We were finally able to get our keys back Monday morning BUT when we went to get them we were screamed at that it was his daughter's 16th birthday and he wasn't missing it and called a "piece of shit". Sound a little professional? All we would have expected was at the least a phone call and our vehicle secure even though it wasn't looked at. Did he even notice the car missing from his lot, I guess not.

They completely fixed the brake problem, needing to replace hoses to brakes, flush lines and install new rotors and pads.
