No one is ever there! I have been there to purchase 3 times now in the last 4 days - during business hours. Have not caught someone there yet. Usually there are customers waiting outside. Very frustrating. Sometimes there is a note but usually not. read more

I absolutely love the customer service here! They are always willing to help and they truly care. I purchased two Elfbars from their competitors Holy Smokes and one of them was misfiring so I went back just a few hours later and they would not do anything about it. They told me I could purchase another one but they would not exchange it. I told them no thanks and went to Smoke baby and she was so kind and offered to replace it even though I didn't even purchase it from her! Now that's how you treat your customers! Even though I did not take the one she was offering me for free I purchased two from her and I will NEVER go back to the other store! Not to mention that this was not the first time this happened to me there. Their products at Holy Smokes are defective not to mention more expensive than Smoke baby! I LOVE SMOKE BABY! read more

She went back a couple days later with her son to get replacement coils. She said what type she thought she needed and even showed the cashier her vape pen which was a NordX. The cashier gave her a Nord coil that was way to small but she didn't know and left. When she got home I saw what she got and I went back to the store with her to get the correct ones. The cashier said that because she left the store they would not exchange it even thought it was just a couple of minutes ago and she had given her the wrong ones. The cashier didn't even remember the sale that was two minutes prior in an empty store. After some heated discussion she reluctantly made the exchange. Do not buy anything from this store as they have no idea what they are selling and will not stand by their mistakes. Just make the drive to Katy.
