I came in and the guys at the counter were more than happy to sit and explain the different styles and price ranges they offered, as well as their genuine opinion on each. 45 minutes of this and I walked I out with exactly what I needed. Today, two weeks later, I came in to replace my coil in my vape. They helped me install the new one without even asking. Unfortunately, the small rubber part broke off when he was refilling the juice. So what does he do? No hesitation, gets me a brand new tank for my vape. 11/8/14 I'm writing…read morethis review for you to read after numerous hours have been spent chatting, vaping, and meeting new friends EVERY time I step into VapenOut. I recently started getting into social vaping a year ago (2014), and decided to upgrade from the traditional "e-pen" starting vape that everyone first uses. Before I came to VapenOut, I shopped around at other local vape shops to get a general price of what I was going to be dropping. I knew EXACTLY what I wanted setup wise, and I also knew EXACTLY how much I was willing to spend on it. After going to 3 or 4 different shops per friends' recommendations, they all generally seemed to either not fully listen to what I wanted, or they exceeded the price VERY much. On a bright and sunny Monday morning, I woke up to see that I had gotten a new follower on my Instagram page. VapenOut. I quickly took a shower, and headed over there to see what they had to offer before I gave up all hope. I walked in to the shop, and immediately fell in love. The shop gives off this dark atmosphere with very minimal lights provided by blue LED strips. Almost instantly, I was greeted by what seemed to be the only employee in the place. He asked me if I needed any help, and I proceeded to explain to him what I had explained to the other previous shops. Within SECONDS, an entire setup was looking me in the face, and it was absolutely beautiful. Completely awestruck by what I was looking at, I didn't even think to ask the price. Coming back to my senses, It was time to make or break this deal. I asked for what the damage was. The answer that he gave me shocked me. It was EXACTLY what I wanted to spend. We shook hands, I made the purchase, and I also picked up a bottle of Cosmic Fog's "Milk & Honey" e-juice. Pulling back up to my driveway, I took a big drag off of my all copper themed setup (AmeraVape Buster Mod, Doge v2 RDA), exhaled the vapor, and knew I had found my store. UPDATE: 4/15/2015 I come to VapenOut at least 2 times a week. I absolutely love sitting around and just chatting with everybody that comes in. I've made so many new friends that enjoy the same things I do, and it just feels so awesome. A few days ago, I bought my second Mechanical Mod setup. Louis (the employee in the original review) helped me as always, and I couldn't be happier with what I walked out of the store with. I love VapenOut. If you're on the fence about vaping, or on the fence about which store you should visit to get a quality setup, there's no hesitation when I recommend this place.
