First and foremost I have been trying to quit smoking for two years. I entertained the thought went in blindly thinking "Oh I'm going to go with a taste I know I like, sweet flavors". Nope! too embarrassed to admit I was wrong; I kept going back some times three, four days in a row. I have CRPS that causes Allodynia & Dystonia. The single most painful disease known to medicine. Plus, I cannot metabolize most prescriptions. After dealing with dozens of doctors & specialists in several states there are no more treatment options. So, I've been dropped. Fell in the cracks. Pain management couldn't care less. I met Justin at Vape Militia & he *cared* about me. Through trial & error (plus genuine concern) we found a product that can alleviate a lot of the seizures, pain & muscle rigidity. He even asks my wife how I'm doing. The owners are just as caring. No judgements, no finger pointing & no belittling. My family and I cannot express our gratitude enough. I went here after work to pick up a new tank and some juice. The store has a chill vibe, music was a little loud but they turned it down when I came in. Selection of hardware was not overwhelming and they had what I was looking for. Bad customer service from the kid behind the counter. Came in to grab some Kanger OCC's for my Nebox. They had them, which was great because mine crapped out I don't live in the area. Making the purchase, I see pre-wrapped coils in little cups. I asked what kind they were before leaning in to look at them and he says "I could tell you, but you probably still wouldn't understand." Firstly, vape shop employees should be there to give assistance, not attitude. Secondly, they shouldn't assume that someone doesn't know about/build Clapton/parallel coils just because all they purchase is coils for their pocket vape. Outside of katy, and on my last visit i was looking for a specific replacement part, and i called to check if they had it, they said they do and i said id be heading their way before they closed, 30 minutes later im there in person, and now their story has changed to that they "used to" sell them, effectively wasting a whole hour of my time just in driving, had they just looked when i had called this all would have been avoided. From the laid back atmosphere to the wide selection of premium juices available at reasonable prices, this store has just what someone trying to quit smoking needs. The customer service is top notch, and they will most certainly be honest with what they're trying to sell you. If you want to go cheap, they will help you find something in your price range, but if you want a decent mod or tank/RDA they will steer you in the right direction. I couldn't find this mod, because it was exclusively in store at certain locations. I was told by people that it cost $120 or $150. Well once I got the invoice it became $190 (rounding it from 189.+) I asked, "why does it cost this much?", and explained to him what I was told including the place they got it from; which was $150. It didn't come with a sleeve, which I would understand that it would cost that much (limitless mod). He told me, "I talked to limitlessmodco/vaporhub and they told me it would cost $149 - 169. Anyways, I still got it since it was it's exclusively in store purchase only. Well a week or 2 I found it online. It was only $120...
