That's the only brand I use because every other brand burns my coils fast. Ruthless is consistent. I go in & ask for a certain juice from ruthless & they say "you must've not came here in a while they don't carry that" Then they proceed to tell me how I should try another brand. I say "no thanks I like ruthless & I stick to them. So I ask for another name. They don't have it. Another one, nope. I told her I refuse to put my fingers in my mouth due to it being FLU season..... I asked her where her mods were to test vape the juice. When I brought my first vape, the staff took the time to go over it with me, you know, show me how to set it up, use it and the whole nine yards. On this particular visit at this store, they did not do that. Their were two staff members there but only one was attending to the customers. I didn't have the person feel like I use to have. I notice at this store they have a new staff, they don't really compared to the previous staff, less knowledgeable and not really in tune with the customer. However they did make sure I got all the discounts. Not bad, but I have seen better from them.

She was being a ..... point was I only had the mod for 2 minutes and because it was opened she wasn't even willing to help me. Also, her attitude was just so nasty. I'd say that when they're trying to sell you something they act all nice, but once there's an issue (customer) staffs don't know how to handle it properly. They were just so unprofessional. Plus+ vape juice that tastes disgusting costs $15 for a 15ml bottle. Seriously? I do NOT recommend this store at all.
