After he answered me, a woman behind the counter loudly asked, "Ma'am, do you have a handicap" something. I cant remember what word she used. I replied, "No" and she told me I was in the wrong line. No problem, I'll just go stand behind the other guy. But then she keeps loudly explaining, "I'm JUST saying" blah blah blah. I got it. I was in the wrong line. Maybe some signage would be good?
