I buy it in 3 cup bags and store in giant mason jars... that's how much I use it. Follow the recipe on the bag/website to make the sauce/marinade and it will not disappoint. I've been to the islands and this rivals it for taste. Very close. This particular location has easy parking behind the building, located in West Nashville. Smaller than the Franklin location, but great nonetheless. Other winners that I legit cannot live without -- black garlic salt. Capital hill. Golden maple.
