I have witnessed them take the time to educate people on what they are buying, how to use it safely and that in my book is huge! I really like that they have juices you can not find anywhere else locally and they don't have the mentality of "You should buy this because it's a move it now item." They make their recommendations based off your taste and will not push their opinion on to you about it. This is one of the best no-pressure shops I have been to and when they are not busy they love to just chat with you about things. Something else to mention is they have a board on there with upcoming concerts and sometimes discounts on if you buy tickets through them you get a discount on your purchase. Overall a great and welcoming place to visit still to this day. I love these guys! Thanks guys for the awesome service!

Buyer beware. New to vaping I decided to try this place. I purchased a starter vape and some juice…read more The staff filled the tank up for me and showed me how to use it. Within two days it began leaking juice in my home and car. I returned to the store a few days later and explained the problem. The staff disassembled it, cleaned it and said I should be ok now. The next day and leaked again, this time in my car that was just detailed. Upon returning to the store the next employee also took it all apart and checked the gaskets and replaced the atomizer. Again, it continued to leak. The vape is kept inside my home at 70 degrees and does not get exposed to direct sunlight or extreme heat. Over month later of losing hope for an alternative to cigarette smoking I brought it to another shop. They changed the coil and said this may stop the leaking. It didn't help. Today I returned to the store with my receipt and the original box and was told I was out of my one month warranty. I was offered a few dollars off a juice product but that was it. It seems they stalled and stalled some more till after the warranty was over. The fact that I was there multiple times during that first month apparently didn't matter to them. Like most sales people, they'll tell you what you want to hear to collect your hard earned money. Update: a few days ago (08/24/2019) I noticed the owner/manager reached out me regarding this review which I initially scored 1 Star. She started off the conversation by telling me the employees should have contacted her the last time I was there. After chatting for a few minutes she offered me a refund.
