And the Friday before she told me to stick around and offered me a discount on the books I felt like replacing....being soft hearted as I am I cried and she gave me a hug and told me she was going to help me. I came in Friday and looked on the new stuff shelf like I always do, and when I got to the counter, I started to ask her for 2 of the books I had set aside to buy. She said I got 2 problems, first the discount I told you last week, Terry said it wasn't good enough and doubled it. Who wants to keep paying customers from the money maker of your business? Are videos, which should be shot in slower hours or outside of business hours, making you enough money to cut customers from the cigars? This is horrible business practice and not very customer oriented behavior. I shopped here to support local business but I'm in Houston enough that all my business will be done over there from now on.
