Just left this shop a little bit ago and I have to say the prices are a lot better than all 10 vape shops I've been to in the last 3-4 weeks in Jax. Niko really took his time to help me pick out a flavor that I actually liked and didn't feel rushed or as if I was holding him up etc. I've been smoking the same 2 juices for a few months so was really trying to step out of my comfort zone by getting new ones lol. Thanks Niko, you're a nice dude and have GREAT customer service. Definitely pleased with my visit and will be back. I literally hate writing this review Because David and the manager are so nice. But unfortunately, the fume vapes here are not reliable. I have now purchased a total of eight (because I always do the 2 for $25) and they have all had the same issue. The light stays on once you hit the vape then the the battery burns itself out. It causes the vape to get a very nasty taste, and die quickly and it also poses the risk of overheating. The last time I bought one from here I literally opened it, puffed on it twice, and then it died. I have spent so much money at the store on the wasted vapes. It just started about three months ago it's Some thing with their shipments or supplier - I specifically get the pineapple ice ultra. The customer service here is amazing the guys are so sweet !!! but the product is not trustworthy. read more

I love having a smoke shop close to me but every time I go inside the employees are absolutely horrible to me. No one ever smiles like they hate their job... I try to be nice and maybe I'll ask a question or two but only get attitude back. I just paid and the cashier just slammed my money into the counter. I'm really done supporting this place if the employees are going to consistently treat me like shit. BTW this was the guy with the beanie. There's also another girl and im not sure what her name is but always has a foul attitude. If you don't like your job just leave.... Terrible customer service. Unnecessarily rude and mean staff. I don't smoke but my fiancé and I went in to buy some vape device for his brother. The employee wouldn't answer ANY of the questions we were asking and was cursing under her breath when we asked the same question over again. Not sure why she is such a hateful person but whatever. read more

I went to get a cartridge showed the incompetent female night worker my pen and you would think she would be knowledgeable enough as an employee to sell me the right size. WRONG!!!! After the purchase I went to slide the cartridge in my pen in front of her and she saw for herself it was the wrong size. After I asked her numerous times before the purchase was this what I wanted. After she saw her idiotic mistake all she said she could offer me was to sell me a battery smh. If I could give this place negative 10 stars I would gladly. Knowledge and friendly staff. I have made several purchases and have never had any problems although they have a no-return police. I once purchased a cigar, which was dehydrated. I threw it in the trash at home, and later mentioned it to a staff member who was gracious enough to replace it. I was thankful that they valued my business enough to take my word about the cigar, and replace it. I would have remained a faithful customer regardless because they have such an extensive selection of products, and as previously mention; the staff members are accommodating and knowledgable. read more

They don't know their products. Sold us something that needed another part when clearly it was our first time purchasing it. Also sold us a part that doesn't fit and apparently doesn't do returns. Why are you selling pipes and bongs and pretending like it's not for smoking weed? I hate stores that run like this. Don't sell items you can't legally sell. I LOVE THIS SHOP! The staff is so sweet , friendly & they answer all of your questions correctly! I highly recommend this smoke shop I have been coming here for 3+ years! Always test out your vapes in shop because after you walk out there are no returns . Sophie is such a sweetheart! Tonight I witnessed a very rude customer that Sophie unfortunately had to deal with but she dealt with it so well & kindly. The customer made the transaction sooo difficult and held up EIGHT people. I was astonished on how rude this man was to sweet Sophie , finally after his difficult transaction was over with he made a very disrespectful comment and that's when all the customers had had enough of him and we all clapped and told him to have a great night. Good selection however I purchased a vape pen for $79, it broke within a couple weeks. I went back and bought another one for $100. It broke after one month. When I took it back in to see how they can help me. I was told rudely there was nothing they would do. Not great quality products at very expensive prices. Awesome shop!!! Very clean and it also smells great. Nice selection of glass, juices, misc, etc. Friendly and knowledge staff who are always willing to make recommendations and help you out. Prices are very good. On another note every head shop in the world needs to take notes right now. They have the prices clearly viable on all the glass and everything else. So nice not to have to ask the sales staff how much everything is. Seriously though this place is great would recommend to anyone in Jacksonville. Not sure what to put for the price range. They have a great selection of in a variety of price ranges. Sure they can find you what you are looking for. read more
