In front of me, a man was attempting to buy something, but was unclear on the price. The man was screaming at him, saying in 20 years he's the only one who ever complained about blah blah blah. I looked at the man and asked him why he was going to give that man his money when he had been treating him so poorly. The man then turned his anger onto me and began yelling at me. I told him that I was sorry, but I would not be going in there again until someone else is behind the counter. Please fire this jerk. He's hurting your business and I want you guys to stick around.
