This place has gone down hill more and more as the years have gone by sadly. I used to look forward to coming here when there was old management and there was a "back room". Majority of the staff now acts like they don't recognize you even though you go in there regularly. You can feel the entitlement some of the workers have which results in just a bad experience overall unless you get the right person. I never realized how bad of service I was getting here until I experienced Mo dispensaries. I came back here to get glass and they were double the price and acted like I was stupid when I asked why. This place needs to get with the times, it has changed in a bad way and hopefully things get better soon Won't be back anytime soon now that there are a lot more options out there. read more

Inside everyone working is very laid back and eager to help and answer any questions that you might have. They have a nice selection of pipes. The assortment can range from the freakishly large to the small and practical that can slip right into your pocket. Why not get your incense and papers in one fell swoop? A great place to browse, kill time, and BS with the staff. 3) Finally, Sunshine is the only head shop I've ever been in that WANTS your business, they're not lazy burnouts, and in fact, when quizzed they're very knowledgeable about their product. I'm impressed by the staff's ability to fulfill their niche in the market, maintain the image, AND deliver service without fitting the stereotype of a lazy stoned salesperson. Why such a detailed review? After living down the street from this shop for 20+ years I finally decided to make my own investment in a quality vaporizer- A Mighty Vape by Storz-Bickel (about $500). Why would I spend such an ungodly amount on a vape? They've earned my respect as a customer over those 20 years, I was going to make the purchase anyway, so why not support my friends at Sunshine? They made the sale, without their help I wouldn't be sitting here puffing in such a MIGHTY way. Not the best. I asked for help finding a piece for my water pipe and they gave me the wrong size with no receipt. I don't even know if they would take a return on an item like that. There's no way to contact customer support and they rarely answer the phone. I called once to ask a question and after finally answering (took multiple times calling) he cut me off and was short the whole time. read more

I bought some Shine wraps the other day and when I opened them they were stale and had holes in them. I called them and they didn't offer to make it up or anything. I've gotten stale wraps from there on many occasions. I would not recommend this place. read more
