I've lived in downtown Frederick for a few years and this is one of my favorite shops! The selection is great and service is even better. During my last visit a store associate named Ellie assisted me in finding the perfect hookah for my sisters housewarming gift. She went over the pros and cons of each one and then showed me different heads and tobacco flavors. A few weeks later, my roommate went in and made a purchase. It wasn't exactly what she thought it was and Ellie happily assisted her in exchanging it for something more suited for her needs. Easily one of the coolest tobacco shops to go to. Not only because of its aesthetically pleasing decor, but the because of the products and atmosphere. It's been a while since I have bought a tobacco smoking product and didn't even know there were so many different types of devices. Thank god the girl behind the counter, Ellie (cool gal, knows her stuff) noticed my inquisitive mannerisms because I was more lost than Columbus when discovering America. She explained all of the different products; what they do, how they work, how to use them, how to clean the products, etc. I ended up, very happy, with my brand new, sparkly, water pipe. Thanks lady! First off lets admire their new building and how spacious and clean it is inside. All employees are so helpful and enthusiastic, as well as confident when answering questions about water pipes or just new merchandise in general. Smoke Signals is a classic Frederick spot! Everything you need in one place, complete with the most helpful/ friendly staff you could ask for. I was really distraught after the passing of my Dr. Dabber Aura vape pen and walked into the shop looking for a replacement. Within about ten minutes, Ellie helped me pick out a new vape that was perfect for all of my needs! This place has a HUGE selection! There isn't a better choice in glassware for at least an hour or two. They have all of the big-name brands like ROOR, Liquid Sci, Honey Supply and Zob just to name a few. Their staff is always super helpful, friendly and willing to do just about anything to make customers happy. I love this place. They have a wide selection of water pipes, pipes, and bubblers as well and as hookahs shisha and everything else tobacco. The staff was very friendly and I personally thought the prices were very reasonable. I have friends who bought bubblers here about two months ago and they love them, no breaks or cracks. I was greeted upon entering the building. The employees were focused on making sure that I found both of the items that I came in for and they answered all my questions. I had purchased a torch from smoke sigs that sprayed butane very bad. I took the torch back, no receipt, no box and they took awesome care of me. The manager contacted my cell phone from there personal phone and made sure that I got another torch and I was taken care of! They definitely know how to take care of customers read more

Extremely friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. The coolest selection of glass I've ever seen in my life, and they gave me a free sample for spending a certain amount.
