So luckily my cuz spotted this little shop, I was skeptical because I'm used to vape shops being strictly vape shops no tobacco. I walk in hoping to find my exact vape ...no luck and limited variety but if your just starting out this is perfect too much to choose from can be overwhelming. Customer service was great the two gentlemen very pleasant one just learning the ropes and the other very knowledgeable and courteous. I walked out happy with the SMOK G150 kit that includes a big beast tank but I prefer my baby beast. The new guy adjusted my levels showed me how to use the LCD screen. I LOVE this vape it's smaller than my original one. I like them little and cute with lots of power and this is it. When I'm back in Wakeforest I will come and check out the juices next. Only 4 stars because of the limited variety.

This review is just to say this was amongst the best customer service I've recently experienced…read more Stopped by to get some butane for a lighter. I also needed some help with how to fill up my lighter (older model so was just different from what im used to). The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Showed me how to do it while explaining the details, and filled it up for me for free, all while having some friendly banter. Bought a can as well and it was very fairly priced. Just overall great experience. Now while I was there I did look around and though it is a smaller space, it appeared as if they had an incredible selection of cigars. I will say, due to my experience with the staff for this simple task, I would definitely go here in the future if ever in the need and would recommend.

I visited this store last night and I promise you that I will never visit again. The employee Danny…read morewas so rude and condescending. I was there to purchase a "bowl" for someone else. First I walk in and he's sitting down in a chair and doesn't acknowledge me so I say excuse me do you have "bowl" Danny says no and that's it. I had already been told that they have them so I ask again he proceeds to tell me that he's not going to sell me anything because I called it a "bowl" which means that I'm going to smoke pot or weed so I need to leave and that he should have thrown me out the first time I said "bowl". I was extremely upset and angry with the way I was treated. The customer service provided to me by Danny was totally unprofessional and unacceptable. To the owner I would highly suggest you find employees who know how to provide better customer service or Danny will continue to cause you to lose business
