Customer service was great the two gentlemen very pleasant one just learning the ropes and the other very knowledgeable and courteous. I walked out happy with the SMOK G150 kit that includes a big beast tank but I prefer my baby beast. The new guy adjusted my levels showed me how to use the LCD screen. I LOVE this vape it's smaller than my original one. I like them little and cute with lots of power and this is it. When I'm back in Wakeforest I will come and check out the juices next. Thank GOODNESS I didn't have a reason to ask for help on a more expensive item. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE, THE MANAGER WAS A TOTAL A**. The prices are a little on the high side and I can live with that if the customer service is OK. But this was worse than anything I might expect at a Walmart or a Target AND more expensive. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! HIGHER PRICES AND CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE. I think perhaps he doesn't realize there are many vape stores and people have a choice. So I picked up a delta 10 vape pen cartridge on Monday. I found out after that Wednesday offers 20% off. Didn't see anything about it written anywhere but I figured if I just brought it back today (Wednesday) I could swap it out and get the discount. I've been there several times without discount so I figured it would be nice to get one this time. ;) Nope. He basically said, too bad. Tough luck. I wouldn't recommend anyone get anything because apparently you are SOL if there's a price change or some other reason to return an item. More detail: I wanted a discount on an item that I found out went on sale after I got it. The manager said at the very bottom of the receipt it says no returns. I saw no signs, and nothing was said to me about that when I got it. I said, ok, well can I just get a replacement charger for my pen? Those are $3.00 (probably cost them $1.00). As as a small business owner I know a little gesture like that could help build good will. I might have even taken it as an opportunity to realize managing customer expectations is my job as an owner and decided it cost me $1.00 to realize an obvious sign would help, AND I would have gained an appreciative customer. But instead the manger got rude, said it was all on me and no way he would do anything, I should've looked at the tiny print at the bottom of the receipt. I asked to speak to the owner. He said no, that he was the manager and too bad but tough luck.

There is a decent selection of products, all hemp and CBD. From edibles to flowers, there is something for every one of legal age. I felt like they were competitively priced for the area. It is a small shop so do keep that in mind. However, everything is neatly placed and doesn't feel overwhelming. The staff are super helpful with any questions and recommendations. There are also good deals from time to time and the cashier tailored our order to one of the discounts (mix and match). If you're looking for something similar to up north (Insa, CuraLeaf, etc), this is fairly close in terms of appearance. Unfortunately, NC still has a way to go to legalize the real deal.

However, my primary dr prescribed opioids and I'm just not comfortable with taking brain altering meds. My daughter read an article about dealing with chronic pain and the benefits of hemp oil/CBD products. I thought I'd give it a try. We stopped in The Hemp Store and the gentleman that helped us was unbelievably kind and very informative. After telling him I'm dealing with chronic joint pain/insomnia/muscle pain, he recommended a few options for me to start. I bought the Charlotte's Web salve and a variety of CBD gummies to start. He recommended possibly trying the tinctures in the future as well as a lotion and the CBD tea leaves. At this moment, I'm not comfortable with the vaping option, however he did say the relief is almost instant so I'm not ruling that out for future use. Spent about $44 and learned a lot about the options. I've already got some of the salve on my joints and I think I'm getting some relief, there's hope yet! Will definitely visit again to try other products in the future.

However, in dealing with the Shop Clerk "SiSi", this afternoon (Aug 18) was wonderful. She took her time to educate us in what type of vape she recommended, and why she recommended such.  To even giving us a hip-pocket class in how to use it, "i.e." to explain how to properly draw from a vape. She was very informative and knowledge. If you ask us, SiSi's customer service skills are excellent.
