I've shopped here before and to say that they're not helpful would be an understatement. I prefer shopping at brick and mortar locations just because it's easier and I get exactly what I need when I need it for my store. With that said I came in with my employee who's obviously gay (which I wouldn't mention except for the dirty looks) on top of being ignored I was told I couldn't buy what I needed (which is salvia) at the amount I wanted because they don't sell it in that amount. I tried to explain that I had previously in the month bought the exact same order and he said he didn't sell it in the amount I wanted. There is no signs posted nor did they once ask for my wholesale license. It's disturbing to have this happen to have happen in 2018. I would never shop here again. read more

Upscale area in heart of little Tokyo, not to mention they are 1 stop shop for all your smoking needs, their inventory is so massive I am sure no one else in LA can match them not to mention how big this wholesale location is, it's like visiting a Walmart of SmokeShop distro. Non Covid complient.. owners walking around without masks... they have over 10 employees half high and the other half singing away and on their cellphones listening to music or searching the web noone can help you and none of them know pricing of any products and when you ask they look at you like huh? We come to LA pretty often for the 2 shops we have. This is usually not one of our go to places because their prices...higher than others we buy from. Just for the convenience and being later on in the day we stopped by and walked out spending thousands...I'll continue giving my money to other places for better prices, and better customer service. I don't usually write reviews but this store got me ANGRY. PLEASE do me a favor and do not online order puff bars from this place. It's A SCAM. no other words to describe. I ordered 366$ worth of disposable vape and 6 of them DID NOT WORK. I called them and email them about the issue I had. They gave me absolutely NO HELP & NO SOLUTION. This company is a SCAM! They post items that have phenomenal prices and then require you order $100 worth of things. They then ship the things that have normal prices and are conveniently out of stock of the items with great prices (even though the website says they are still in stock). They still charge the same massive shipping cost, don't notify you that they aren't shipping the key items and just "cancel" those parts of the order that they aren't making enough money from. I placed an order with Lily the first week of January, I got a "not my account" message from her and I was directed to Kale, I asked Lily to send my order to Kale: Nothing happened. I e-mailed Kale: Nothing happened. I called Kale and placed my order with him. I received an invoice by email on February 8th! A month after I origionally placed my order. When I responded back to him that I already placed my order with another company, his resposnse was "LOL". What is really funy is when I tried to call them to discuss what happened. I pushed the number for customer service and I got "no one is available" and when I pushed the number for Jumani, the owner, I got "mail box is full" WOW! read more

do not use this site for any of your needs, they will cancel a small portion of your order telling you that items are back ordered. if you want the item you ordered you will need to place a new order with a $100 minimum, so they can try and gouge you outa of more money. i ordered $236.00 of pruduct and they charged the full amount waited untill 3 days after the order shipped and reversed the payment and recharged for a diffrent amount and caused my rent payment to bounce. over a $15 item. read more
