Bought a vape for my cartridge, $30! Was told I got this super reliable one. It worked in the store and the second I went back to my apartment it stopped working. Tried charging and everything, nothing. Went back down there, now and couple hours later, the same people were there and said there was nothing they could do. they tried to sell me another device, $15. This is a TRASH return policy. Literally was just there and they saw me and my dog. I won't be coming back which is super sad because I live right around the corner. I'm going to give this place 3 stars because every other time I have been here it was great I had a situation today with an employee who had a horrible attitude and since I was unable to get her name she started throwing something at my car so I recorded after pulling up a bit. I have never dealt with an employee like that so if u can avoid it I would just go to a different smoke shop honestly not worth the problems. I actually went to a smoke shop down the street to cop a Puffco Peak... but they told me they sold out n sent me to this smoke shop. It was great, I was in n out within 2 min with a new puff co!! You're better off buying online for way cheaper but I'm impatient n willing to spend the extra money. Extremely disappointed at how their mistake was handled. I asked the guy for a flavor of vape juice I was told they had by another associate, after telling me he how well he knew what juices they sold, I settled on the Hawaiian p.o.g. by naked. I left with what he sold me and it wasn't until I got to where I was going that I realized he sold me the "ice" version which is horrible! I took it back within 2 hours and walked in the store as the guy who sold it to me was walking out. The manager (!!) said he couldn't do anything about it except write a "recommendation" (WTF?) and wouldn't exchange it for me. Won't be going back here even though it's outside the door of my building and I will send anyone who asks anywhere else but there. We have been consistently coming here for almost a year and are so grateful that they always have the stuff we need. We come out here at least twice month from the valley.
