Went back down there, now and couple hours later, the same people were there and said there was nothing they could do. they tried to sell me another device, $15. This is a TRASH return policy. Literally was just there and they saw me and my dog. I won't be coming back which is super sad because I live right around the corner. I even left the device there because what hell am I going to do with it.

While the majority of the floor is devoted to 420 stuff they did have a humidor with a good selection of cigars. There was only one person working there and he was taking care of customers so I waited a bit but once he wrapped up he was helpful and friendly. I let him know that while I have smoked a few cigars I was by no means knowledgeable so he recommended me some cigars and then threw one in just for me. I ended up needing more so I came back a few days later, was recognized and I bought some more of the same cigars. My friends who I gave them to appreciated the flavor and I liked my gratis cigar.
