I went to pay for the dab bar with my VALID, SCANNABLE ID, the same one I've used here many times before. Out of nowhere, the owner, Alex, tells me I'm not old enough. I even provided my phone number which pulled up my rewards account and points. Which is also proof that I'm a regular customer. When I calmly asked why I couldn't purchase something I've always been allowed to buy, she responded, "You're basically telling me you're underage." I was absolutely shocked and insulted. I've never been treated so disrespectfully by a business I've supported. It's embarrassing, unprofessional, and really makes no sense. If this is how loyal customers are treated, I can't recommend this place anymore.
