Filled with genuine antiques, handmade crafts, and gently used fines, there is something for everyone here. After a fun day of touring the monastery and hitting the brewery, this was a really nice visit to round out a little road trip to Ferdinand. She kept making us feel dumb instead of actually being helpful. She said she didn't want to wrap the items because she was about to go on lunch. The whole experience came off very dismissive and unwelcoming, especially when we were literally just trying to buy a nice gift. The only reason this review isn't worse is because the guy working there was actually nicer and at least treated us with basic respect.

I pushed the button and waited a few minutes and nobody came. Then I pushed it again and waited a few more minutes and still, no one came. So then I asked an employee for assistance and she said she'd get someone for me, I told her thank you and I waited 10 minutes. Within those 10 minutes 3 employees passed me and saw me waiting and no one assisted me or asked if I needed them to get someone. I didn't have time to wait all day so I just left. Maybe target works a certain way and someone specific has to open the changing room doors but it is just insane to me that every time I've needed to try something on, there has been no one to unlock the doors. They need to do better. Aside from that, the employees need to be more friendly in general I feel like I'm talking to a robot every time I need help like nobody speaks.
