Ok this is an updated review. Ok lets start by saying the owner is a great guy! But the shop is way over priced! Been going for almost 2 years. I've been nickel and dimed to death. Got dubble charged one time for $11.99 wouldn't even hook it up for a free juice. Found a way better spot $30 for 2 30 mml juice. I mean come on! I would spend $300 a month there! Look i said good guy great sales man.. but if he can't even hook up a repeat customers for 2 years. Problems for sure..... great juice select but it's not worth the extra $buck! Go to suprem vape supplies on Van Buren and Magnolia way better prices and and not tring to sell you a Pinto for the price of a Mustang! Even Vape Castle somkes this cat! The first time I went it was ok...the prices were a little high but they had what I needed. The second time I went in, I was hard sold on something I didn't want even to the point that they said they didn't have what I asked for (even though when I walked in they said they did). After repeatedly telling the salesman (owner? not sure) that I didn't want the device he was pushing at me I just left and went to Ecig City (and got what I wanted without being hassled and badgered to buy something else). I've been vaping since 2008...I know what I want and don't need a lot of help. I have plenty of devices and was just looking for a small, inexpensive, pocketable device on this trip but was being sold the newest gizmo (that they have too much of and just want to get rid of). I'm kind of picky about flavors and like to sample before I buy. I usually go to ecigcity and they have all their flavors in individual tanks for you to try. These guys just have open bottles of some juices and no test RDA or anything. Other places I've been usually have a RDA you can use to sample. Flavors get mixed together and it's not the best way but it's something. My only option here was to smell or put a drop on my finger to taste. There was one guy who was super pushy and was pushing boxes on me saying "you'll love this one. Get this." Most were ones I previously tried and didn't like. I just got the feeling they wanted me to leave but I had only been in there a few minutes and was the only customer. I wound up getting one I knew I liked and one on their recommendation. I didn't like it all. They do have a decent selection and with the 2 bottles for $30, the price is right. I can see myself going back for something ecigcity doesn't carry but I'll make sure to bring my own RDA. read more

I went in for some batteries and was charged more than I should have been and asked about some of their MODS and tank and everyone of them were over priced, It does look nice inside but I just don't like paying more than I should be for my supplies. So i decided to leave that vape shop and came into Smoked Out Vapors... Right when i arrived, i was greeted with a happy welcome.i was given undivided attention and clear and understandable answers.. with all these different types of vapes i noticed i asked a lot of "Whats the difference between this and this" questions, and the employee,i didn't get his name :(, broke down the difference to a little vape noob like me. He made it so easy for me to make my decision on which vape would be good for me, gave me suggestions on flavors (which broke me out of my flavor shell) and offered to help if i have any other issues with my vape in the future..the people of Smoked Out Vapors seem extremely dedicated in pleasing the customer. I can't see myself going to another place for any of my vaping needs. This place is freaking awesome. I'm from OC originally and just moved to Riverside, and I have to say I was completely losing hope in vape shops out here until I found Smoked Out Vapors. I had been to three different shops before I found this place, and every single one of them had horrible prices even if they pretended to work with you to get a deal, and one place even sold me batteries with one of them being from a test vape, so completely dead and well used, not new. So that's what I had come to expect from vape shops out here until I found this place. They have awesome daily deals on their products, and unlike the other shops, actually willing to work with you and get you the best price on your mods or tanks or w/e you're in there for. They also have a really cool interior and environment, with external battery charging stations if you're just kicking it. I came here for my boyfriend's birthday and he was able to get a box mod for more than $15 off retail value, AND they even threw in free batteries to go with it! Unmatched service ;) As if that wasnt good enough, we got amazing offers on their juices and walked out w two 100ml bottles and a 60 ml for a stupid good price. Definitely the best shop I've been to, and that's including the ones I went to in OC! Stop by, you wont be sorry and I bet it'll be your new go to shop. P.S. Came in today because I forgot my eliquid at home (bummer) anywho went in told them what I liked and they had a couple choices but I was smitten with the crunch time. They do have great customer service and knowledgeable about the liquid they carry. The store was very clean! With all that said they are definitely a bit more expensive then my usual place. I paid $29 for a 60ML and that was with a 10% discount. I normally pay $25 at my normal place and Sunday I went to Stella and paid $25 for 2 bottles a total of 75ml. Wow! I was amazed at how polite and helpful the employees were! I wish I could remember the guy's name): but he showed me how to build my Turbo V3 tank! There wasn't any condescending remarks or eye rolls, which is normal from my past experiences with vape shop employees, he made sure everything made sense to me! Now I am in love with my tank! I've been to ALOT of vapor shops on Riverside, orange county, my brother in law even owns a very fancy shop in GG. This place is a favorite because the guy who helped us (maybe Gabe?) Is so completely helpful. He wasn't pushy, although he did let me know what I was really in need of so I did spend more than I wanted to initionally, he was just so informative, patient and respectful. Gave us lots of samples to try, favorites are pink starburst and Love Potion. The other guys hanging out in the store vaping were friendly and joined in on the conversation. Definitely gave the feeling that we were hanging out amongst friends. Will be returning for sure! Nice friendly staff, knowledgeable. -1 star for the following reason(s): I called in to see if they had authentic Joyetech eGo Twist batteries, and the person on the phone said yes, they "got them from Joyetech". I came in to buy one, and they sold me a clone. The reason I know it's a clone is because it doesn't have the trademark symbol next to the product label on the battery, or Joyetech's branding on the bottom of the battery. So maybe the didn't know they were buying clones, but, it's still a clone. The battery I bought, however works fine so far. The only other thing is I got bombarded with attempted up-sells on tanks, juice, etc by 3 different people in there. Otherwise, I would recommend trying this place out. read more

Been too.. by far .. unknowledgeable staff .. not very friendly they just stood there watching the football game while I stood at the bar .. outdated testing equipment a very old RDA with dripped over cotton god knows how Many time I was tasting favors from every ejuice in the place very small selection and can you say Up charge!!!!!
