I never go out of my way to write reviews but I just wanted to say this is the best vape shop hands down! They sell the best product out there and will go out of their way to help you out. I found this shop when I was looking around for a new mod when I came across smoked out vapors and Gabe helped me out big time! He has the best prices and doesn't sell you crap to make money they care about their customers. A week after I bought my mod from them a friend dropped my mod. I took it to smoked out vapors and Gabe went out of his way to search for the part I needed and got it for me when no one even sells this part by itself. This is the only shop I go to now and I highly recommend it! They know their stuff and are super friendly. They sell the best brands of juices and beat everyone's prices. Let's just say that my husband and I travel all the way from San Diego just for this Vape shop! We have been going to Smoked Out Vapors for over a year now, and it's not only the premium selection of juices, the rewards program or the clean shop with a good vibe, but the immaculate customer service we get here. They offer a military discount, and are always coming out with new flavors that you can ALWAYS try before you buy, which really sets them apart from other shops selling mediocre juices that you can't even try. If you vape, you know the juices do not always taste the same way they smell so it is always necessary to taste it or you get a flavor you don't like. All of the employees have great customer service skills and after a few times knew us by name. We won't go any where else, and that says a lot after living in several places last year and trying over 30 vape shops. Smoked Out Vapors is the place. read more

I stopped here today because I was so low on juice. I was instantly greeted by the guy working, I don't remember his name. He ended up spending quite a bit of time testing juices and not once did he get irritated with me. They have such a huge selection of high end juices. I have previoisly been buying from smoke shops and there is a huge difference between the two. I ended up getting love potion and unicorns blood. I also bought a pink and black ar mo with a Vulcan. I didn't intend on buying a mod today, however they had such a wide selection of nice mods. The guy let me look at them and answered all the questions I had about upgrading from my k100. I have found my new vape shop in riverside I'll never go back to another smoke hop again. Thanks so much for being patient and taking the time to teach me everything I needed to learn. My fiancé and I came in today honestly not knowing anything about vapes and not knowing where to start. He is almost a pack a day smoker and we figured switching over to a vape would be the best route to help him quit. The two gentlemen working here were extremely helpful. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and they took the time to find out exactly what would work best. We finally decided on a setup and they were extremely thorough in making sure he knew the ins and out of it (how to charge, turn on/ off, how to change coils, etc.) They even let him try out a few different oils (juices?) so he can decide what ones to purchase. Best vape shop hands down.. I just started getting into the vape seen and I started with a beginner one that I bought at the mall. I then decided to get a good one so went to some vape shop they told me it's the best tank won't leak all the necessary things to say to sell their item. Long story short it started leaking burning all sorts of stuff. I went in 3 times in one day finally returned it and then I found this place. met with Gabriel who is a really helpful and very knowledgeable .I let him know my situation and he got me a great tank with a awesome battery. I was also referred to Smoked Out Vapors by a friend and checked them out only because they are so close to my home. I frequent another "local" vape shop but now Smoked Out is my go-to regular shop. They order the juices that I like, build my mod quickly and correctly and always remember who I am! They are always getting in new juices and inventory and are never pushy with either. I get what I want and never anything that I don't want. It's completely comfortable if I need to run in and grab something in less than 5 minutes or stay and try out new stuff. Just started vaping 2 weeks ago, bought a starter kit at a shop in AZ while there on business, but I outgrew it quickly. I needed more power for bigger hits and more vapor! Went in for an adjustable voltage battery and ended up picking up an entire new setup. My tank first gem kanga tank was too constructive. Gabe is a helluva nice dude, explained everything in detail. I sat chatting with him for over an hour while my new battery charged. A very nice place that I will visit again... especially after he gets a new line of juice in from hawaii next week. I started coming to this shop in Feb. '14 and purchased my 1st starter there. Gabriel and his wife were very nice and very knowledgeable about their mods and juices! Since then I have purchased a new mod, and Gabriel has been very helpful on learning everything I need to know every time I come in. Their juices are top quality and delicious! Every time I come in, he's asking if I want to try a new one that just came in. I'm sold on this shop and it's been my go to ever since. First off I would like to say this is the best vape shop I've been too. The staff is very nice and funny and I love hanging out here. I come almost everyday to chill with the workers and try new juice. They have a lot of good deals and a wide selection of juice and mods. I didn't think I would ever like to hang out at a vape shop but at this place it's a chill vibe and they have a big flat screen and bar style table. As an owner of a Turtleship v3, I visited Gabriel to see if we could fix problems with the mod. Although we ultimately could not pin point the problem without sending the entire mod off to his supplier, I did find the Owner and Staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well as easy to sit back and talk with. After some small talk, I paid for the cigar and He asked if I wanted him to cut the cigar for me. I have a cutter at home, but said sure why not? Please cut it for me. After searching for a couple seconds, he found his cutter - but things turned strange quickly. He defensively asked "Do you want me to smoke it for you too?". Huh?? Sir, you offered to cut it for me! I laughed it off and said no. But he strangely turned aggressive/defensive and stared me down eye-to-eye for a couple seconds. And then handed me the cigar back and asked me to open it. Again, HUH? I'm unsure what angle he was taking, or if he was on drugs. But for whatever reason, the situation quickly turned awkward. I asked for the cigar back - which he handed me - and told him I'd just cut it at home. As I left he said "My hands are full bro"....again, huh???? I'm not sure what was wrong with him. I've been to this shop multiple times before but this will be my last time. TOBACCO BUZZ is only a couple streets down (past Kaiser) and I've never been treated like this. Will continue going there!

I purchased 2 disposable vapes from here and once I finally opened them (approximately 1-2 weeks), both vapes were duds. Malfunctioning and would not draw any vapor. It still shows 100% on the screen for both flavor and power. There are defective. All I asked for was an exchange and I was laughed at, mocked and ridiculed.
