This smoke shop has been my regular shop for close to 20 years. Unfortunately, it's dying and they have zero appreciation for loyal customers. Actually my stepdad, my mom and myself have been coming here since 2007. I know that I have spent thousands of dollars from this place and I've never haggled or complained about their prices. I purchased 2 disposable vapes from here and once I finally opened them (approximately 1-2 weeks), both vapes were duds. Malfunctioning and would not draw any vapor. It still shows 100% on the screen for both flavor and power. There are defective. All I asked for was an exchange and I was laughed at, mocked and ridiculed. I will never spend another dollar in this store. No respect and zero customer service. I can't believe I spent my hard earned money for vapes that don't even work. I'm reporting this business for their sales of defective products. read more

Usually love this place and Tariq, but I went in today to buy glob mops which have been around 9 dollars each time. Today some new guy tried to sell me a pack for 25 dollars as I'm watching him peel off a 7.50 price tag. When I mentioned that price he said that's what they pay and need to make money. Adams smoke shop also owns the water store next door. It's clean, organize and offer a great price... $1 to fill up a 5 gallon water jug. Beware of this place!! The President of the United States has just declared a National Emergency. This place is charging $30 for a 5 gallon water jug, which they use to sell for $15 before the emergency. This is considered price gouging, which is ILLEGAL as we have a National Emergency. I got there early before they opened and the staff opening the shop informed me I could drop off the key to him so wouldn't wait around 15 minutes till they opened. Went here a month ago for e juice, whom I assume was the owner pointed out that the one I wanted, The Milkman was on sale if I bought two. I declined bow knowing if I would like it. Well I like it so I went back for the deal I had been told about.
