You guys don't make it a comfortable environment for one to shop.. I understand you guys have probably been robbed but don't let that ruin it for the other customers.. This was my spot to go for smokes, but it's quite a drive from where I am now. There are so many smoke shops in the area, I didn't find the need to drive all the way to Riverside. I purchased my water pipe from these guys and Roland was the guy that helped me out. He is one cool dude. He didn't rush me while I browsed a huge selection of water pipes and drilled him with a 1000 questions. The owner Tom is cool too and his sons help him run the shop as well. I highly recommend this place. They have everything a smoker could want. Water pipes, hookah's, cigarettes, rolling papers, vaporizers, G-pens, lighters, hemp wicks and just about anything and everything you could want. As far as them being out of stock on an item, I haven't had that problem yet. Be more specific on what they were out of stock on. Too much of a generalization there. BEST GLASS SHOP in the INLAND EMPIRE! Just the other day my friend was looking for a glass hand pipe, a grinder, hemp wick, JuicyJay papers and some new parts for his Micro G pen, his coil just stopped working. Lol guess you can say he had a shopping list...anyways I was impressed that this glass shop had everything he needed and way more. I mean their selection was the best I have seen anywhere. What really caught my attention was their glass on glass bongs...excuse me "water pipes". They had it all from local glass to your top name Sheldon Black glass. The prices were all veryyyyyy fair, believe me I looked online and compared. They got all your best known names in the game of glass and tons of budget friendly glass on glass. The dudes their were all cool and very helpful...they were willing to pull some off the shelf and fill them up with water to give demos of the percolation and see how they bubble up...thought that was way cool especially if your thinking of dropping $100 or more on a water pipe. Oh and they said they got 3 other stores...the one in Temecula is supposedly bigger with more inventory...wow kinda almost want to make the drive out there, and I forgot the location of the 3rd. We went in about 6 weeks ago and bought a medium sized bong. The salesperson that sold it to us was awesome, he was extremely knowledgeable and even through in a couple little goodies like some hemp string and a little joint container. We went back I today because the bong was leaking. There was a crack in the bottom. We've used this thing literally 4 times. It's been cleaned after each use, stored in a cabinet, and generally well taken care of. Never been dropped, exposed to excessive heat, NOTHING. We went in today and the manager said the best they can do is 20% off a new one. That's no different than their Instagram special of the day. So in other words, they did absolutely nothing to help us. It's a damn shame too, I really liked this place and we would have been back many times. Came in had a coo experience got what i needed and left. I got a vape been a "Ooze." So first thing i noticed is it says on the box "register battery number on website." It shows you where the battery number is at the bottom above the Battery adjuster. That shit was gone they scraped the number off or they bought defected product cuz wasn't no number there. 2nd thing the damn thing holds no charge like i kept it on the charger for a hour the mf never turned blue. An we get to today. An the charger breaks with the damn pen attached. Its been 3 days. Smh i recommend no one go here this was my first and last. It's ok ima gonna contact "Ooze" personally and show them this pen. I think its a knock off. If you wanna be surrounded by some hairy ass lesbians or some stoned ass Harry Potter characters who probably watch porn together in a basement this is the spot. I like this place. I never have to wait long, even when it's crowded. Most of the staff is very pleasant and helpful. The prices are competitive and what I need is always in stock. Edit: I do agree with the other reviewer that finds the constant following by the employees very irritating. I just like sometimes to walk around and browse and one of them is always right there following. They're behind the glass counters, but still following none the less. This review should be 5 stars...but it's not. A little over a month ago we found the Glass warehouse and were very happy with the selection and knowledgeable staff. We bought a heavy glass bong and were very happy with it. We take good care of our stuff. It's cleaned after each use and put away in a closet. Its not an item we use everyday for that matter. The last time we brought it out we realized the base was leaking. After further investigation we found a hairline crack in the glass. It looks to be a defect that just slowly spread. It has not been dropped or exposed to excessive heat. Today we went in to the shop looking for some help. Talked to the salesperson that originally sold it to us. He brought it to a manager who never even bothered to come out and talked to us. Salesperson came back saying the best and only thing they could do was 20%. Are you kidding me??? That's the daily special on IG. I could have walked in without anything and gotten that discount!! So no help whatsoever and management didn't even take the time to respond to us directly or explain a policy dictating the reason for his answer. Super disappointed as now we have to find another place to shop. You could tell the guy helping us was embarrassed to even come back and tell us that. I understand Store policies but that does not give the manager to insult me in front of other customers and another employees and also my friend. I came today to buy a rig w my coupon I received from spending over 200 he told me that without the receipt I could not use my glass door bucks which I understand so I provided a picture when I was told picture was not good enough I told them that I can print it on my printer at home they said that was not even good enough so you're telling me if I spend $200 and you promised me $20 in rewards and just because I don't have an old receipt that people lose all the time ( which is why I took a pic) that I cant use my rewards? Ridiculous, they should know how to run their business better. I have spent over $500 at this place within the past year and for them to treat me so disrespectful and like I was irrelevant really made me feel embarrassed and crappy. Then the manager personally insulted me when I complained that his Buddha machine did not work that well he said maybe I don't know how to work it but, and gave me a look as if I was stupid. The machine has only one knob, a 2 yr old can use it. excuse me first of all you are the manager you should be more professional.
