I was here a couple of times with a friend who is a smoker. A cool guy named Deck greeted us when we came in. He's also very funny. But what actually got my interest up was they have a huge selection of ice cold drinks. Mainly a generous variety of Calypso flavored lemonades. This is my favorite brand. I got the strawberry one. My friend spotted me pulling out 3 and makes a mad dash over and tells me I can choose one to save me from myself. I like how this is off the beaten path of Hudson and very close to RJ Meats. The shop always has what I need, they always do a discount for buying 3, and the guys at the counter are always ready to ring me up right away. They're open convenient hours too. Not sure if the ownership is different than it used to be as I've only started going in the past year but the bad reviews from a few years ago don't seem accurate. I've noticed the poor reviews but most of them seem to be 4-5 years old. I wouldn't let them steer you away from giving this place another shot. I've been going there daily for my vapes and have built a friendship and been treated very well when I'm there. Zach and Sam who are brothers and work here are 2 of the nicest people every time you see them! My car blew a spark plug as I was driving by recently and the boss Rahmi let me keep my car there and also came outside to look at my car and I was treated not just as a customer but as a friend! Purchased ma go juul pods here over the weekend. 1. The first time I stopped in I was told mango pods were $34. 2. The second time the price dropped to $20. I didn't open the pods until a couple days later and they are clearly fake. Liquid is dark, scent is off. Anyone else have issues ? I don't think it's fair for them to be allowed to be a juul retailer when they sell counterfeit pods. read more

So my boyfriend came here to see if they had mango Juul pods and surprisingly they did because they can be hard to come by these days. But when he got home and let me try it, it was disgusting, like a burnt fruity menthol flavor that was definitely not mango flavored. The juice was very dark and the pod leaked all over my Juul. I was wondering if it was just that specific pod but all of them were the same. I took the packaging of a real pack of mango pods and compared them to the fake package and the real one has texture to it and has brightener coloring. The fake one was more dull in color, and completely smooth with no convex of any kind. Very upsetting because he just wasted $20 on them, I don't know if the shop knows they are fake and just false advertising or if they just order them unknowingly. So just don't go here for vape stuff because it seems untrustworthy. read more

bought a CBD pen that did not work. was not given a refund. I bought a CBD pen that did not function. I went back to the store a few days later and spoke with the clerk who told be to contact the manufacturer. while in the store, i checked the manufacturer's website for a return policy, and the website on the product is down. i showed the cashier and said she was sorry, but the manager refused to allow for a refund or exchange of the product. I asked for the owner's number and was given the number of a man Named Hatem. so far i have not been able to get in touch with anyone and was told there were no refunds for a product that was not working. read more

Great selection of cigars, cigar accessories, pipes and pipe tobacco. I have been coming here for years and the only issue I've ever had is I wish the customer service was a little better. $30 for Juul pods is unacceptable; especially for a relatively large vape shop brand like smokedale. You'd think since it's in WI they'd be at least a little cheaper than MN Juul pods which have a 90% tax. You can normally find them for around $16 a pack if you go a little out of your way in WI, so you know these guys are just being greedy. When anything gets popular, Smokedale is the first to jack up prices. read more

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had trying to purchase a box of cigars from Smokedale Tobacco in Hudson, WI. The youngster behind the counter does the business more harm than good. He refused me service when I asked for a $360 box of cigars, he 1st wanted to help others that came in after me. One of the clients told him to help me 1st because I was there before him. When I expressed my displeasure the youngster said that he did not care and that I could complain to the manager for all he cared. He then told me to leave.
