If you are a loyal customer, they will get to know you by name and whatever you usually come in the store for. They give me my own price on one the usual items I buy, and i greatly appreciate it! I wasn't able to find this product at another store, and its not the brand I usually buy. I bought it out of pure verbal confirmation from the clerk that they sell a lot of it, and that it works extremely well.
