The whole staff can give you knowledgeable assistance, and they'll have you feeling like both a welcome guest and a treasured friend at once while helping you with whatever you need. I've been so pleased with the friendly service and good advice that I'm now placing phone orders with them instead of going online to get what I need from just anyone. (They ship!!!)
