Very poor quality in both product and personnel. I bought one of the sampler cigar packs that was on display in the walk in humidor. 3 of the 5 sticks were cracked from being so dehydrated. I'm sure the folks going in for Newports and lottery tickets are satisfied but if you even kinda like cigars, go elsewhere. read more

I downloaded yelp just to leave this review. I showed up way too early for the store to open up. I wait for an hour and a half until 10 freakin am. The guy gets there 10 minutes before. He doesn't let me in. I get in at 10 and I buy a banger. It breaks in a day. I go the next day at 8:35 pm to try to buy a new one. They are completely closed with all the lights on and they just look and me and ignore me when I know. Screw this place AND the people working there. read more

Been there 4 times now so it is not a fluke that the first,second,third or even my very last try at#4 so dry that the cigars were cracking. Couldn't even nip it without it coming apart. 12bucks for a Lagloria Seri R Maduro and have it crack and unravel isn't right. Guess I need to go back to Cigars International and order a box so I can keep them in my humidor. Bottom Line is They want a lot of money for a dried out Cigar. First off, shout out to Yelp for reminding us to take it easy on those working during this time! However, upon reading the other reviews and hearing from word of mouth this particular establishment has some issues. I'm not a reviewer, I don't blast people but today I was very confused. My two daughters, my eldest daughters boyfriend and I just moved to this city. I used smoker friendly's elsewhere, and never had any sort of any issue. So I go in there today to buy tubes to roll my own. The cashier rings up my order, takes my number because I'm signed up for their rewards, and is about to take my money and then he looks at my daughter and asks for her ID only. Not mine, not her boyfriends. She didn't even touch anything in the store, they're both in their twenties mind you. I say to him after she walks out the door to go get her ID, she's my daughter, she's 23. He says very smirkingly "Just doing my job" WHILE he's taking my $2 for tube's for tobacco. I understand laws, I worked as a cashier most my life and that just floored me. She walked back in as I was done and already walking out and I told her not even to bother. For the business owners, you're either going to have a full on Karen attack, or some serious discrimination lawsuits going on there. Just saying! read more

Nice lounge for cigars, unlike most Smoker Friendly locations I have been in, decent selection and reasonable prices. Worth checking out.

Great service, friendly staff and a fantastic selection of cigars as long as your buying real cigars and not just crappy $2 sticks or sampler packs. Remember, no matter where you are, you get what you pay for. I think these guys have a great place and excellent selection with a wide variety of prices. Extremely rude. I was at a business meeting at the Safeway and walked over with a friend just to check the price of an e-cigarette. The woman behind the counter yelled at us as soon as we opened the door and threw me out because of ID immediately and wouldn't even let me ask a question. Once I was outside she decided to also throw my friend out accusing him of buying for me. We are both clearly over 18, lots of tattoos, I myself am almost 30, and only intended to ask a question. read more

clerk ignored me for three minutes while he chatted with a customer who had finalized his purchase. when i told him i was waiting and to assist me he said "nah, we're good". not entirely sure what that meant but he simply stood there staring at me, making no move to get me my product. i asked him if he was really going to just stand there and not help me, and he just kind of expelled a bunch of air like he was a horse. it was at this point i decided to leave, not sure what was up with this dude but i will never be coming back to this shop again, and i could not recommend more strongly that people stay away from this shop. read more

Been in the store a few times. Every time was met with a greeting. Today the young kid behind the counter seemed to have a girlfriend issue. He was more concerned about yelling at her than helping the customers. I picked out a couple of Romoe Y Julietas and a My father cigars. It Was very disappointing when I got home. Thought I would have a nice cigar and relax. WRONG the cigar was way to humid. Everytime I have been in the humidor the humidity level is over 72% and they are just pumping more in as hard as they can?? Note. They use a personal humidifier and NOT a professional humidor humidifier. Just guess work on there part. I will NOT be back.. read more

Rudest customer service! I bought a roll of chewing tobacco for my boyfriend and Vince would not allow us to EXCHANGE an unopened roll of chewing tobacco! Totally ridiculous!
