Very friendly and professional staff. They were happy to help even though all I needed was a new battery.

This place used to be great but not so much over the last few months. The staff seem annoyed when you come in and I have had issues with the coils we get being defective. This is even after we verify the type needed so I would definitely advise going elsewhere. The staff here will argue about it afterwards, insist it's your fault & of course refuse to replace them. I've found Smoking Buddha or Godfather to both be more welcoming and offer better quality for lower prices. read more

I will never go back here. I've spend thousands of dollars at this shop. I just went in and the young man behind the counter kicked me and my son out staring kids weren't allowed. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I went across the street to "E-cigs" and they served me with no problem. They will get all my business from now on and I will spread the word to all of my many vaping friends and family that usually shopped here. This is the worst vape shop around. Don't even waste your time going there. They suggest shitty vape juice and they always say every single one is fire when really is taste like a trash can. We have a problem with a product we buy from them and they can't even do anything about it and assume it's because of all these reasons when really it's on their end. They blame you and assume all the time and never make sure the customer is happy. I won't be going back because they are just ignorant and think they are always right. If I could give negative stars, I would. Im not sure if this is the same shop that runs "vapeshop.com" or not.. address for the site is 320 E Miller Ct Unit C, Castle Rock, CO. At any rate- I ordered "fruitloop" flavored eliquid.... absolutely the WORST tasting juice I have ever experienced. Made me gag. I had to change my atomizer and clean out my entire tankto get the awful taste out. when i emailed them informing them how awful their product was, i got no help. whatsoever. If you're not vapeshop.com, I apologize. but, i think you are. or at least you're connected to them. you are are completely awful people and the reason people probably still smoke cigarettes. read more

Although the products in the store are a bit pricey, they are absolutely worth it. Out of all the e-cigs/vape pens I've owned. The one I bought there is the best. I went in there completely unaware of what I was doing or how to build my e-cig and the customer service was outstanding. I was helped from the moment I walked in the the second I left. I found this shop to be great, I am from out of town and wound up needing a few things while travelling. I stopped at VAPEz on a whim as it was the nearest store to my location and am very glad that I did. They were able to help me quickly and were knowledgeable about the products they carry - which is great as some shops local to me have been less than helpful. For a shop they have a good selection of products and juices and I found the prices to be reasonable, especially for the attentive service that I received. My only regret is that I do not live remotely close to this location. I highly recommend this store. read more

These guys have no testers!! I've never been to a shop where they didn't have 20, even 50 different flavors to taste before you buy. Usually house flavors for sure but premium tasters as well. I bought one of their house flavors that was "super popular"...turned out to be unusable. Get this...no returns or exchanges in any juices. So you can't taste them first & you can't return them if their awful. My last shop had a 7 day flavor guarantee on house juices, don't like the flavor--bring it back for a free switch. My friend collin showed me this shop and I fell in love with everything it's a great way to quit smoking or just to stay away from it . Everyone there made me feel like family. Have been in to vapez twice now. First time was to get juice for my vaporizer. Staff was decent but left me thinking I was bothering them by coming in. Selection was good but prices were a little high. Visited again to get coils. Salesman looked at my tank and knew exactly what coils it took. I paid and left. Later went to change the coil only to find they were completely different. Yay read more

I've been going into vape shops for the past few months now and at the end of the day the defining factor for a shop is the people that work behind the counter, and the majority of the staff at VAPEz is fantastic, both Colin and a newer employee Adam are great and always willing to help me out and further understand "vaping" in it's progression and as a whole, they're courteous, energetic and generally awesome to be around, the same cannot be said for Casey. Not once, but on multiple occasions have I come into the shop and left because I saw Casey behind the counter, I rarely if ever have found myself feeling welcome, wanted, or even attended to when he is the staff member on duty. He fails to make the slightest gesture of familiarity or even at a basic level ask what I am in the shop for when I come in. I feel absolutely no reason to spend my money in this establishment due to him and his arrogant attitude. The shop has a cool atmosphere, the music is great, the prices are fair and the location is exceptional and convenient. However, there is no way I will be returning as long as Casey is employed at this location. I would rather drive the 20 minutes to another vape shop where I feel welcome and generally valued as a customer. Please consider this review. read more
