I came here for the first time today, looked like a nice shop. The space is big and open with lots of racks of juice and a wide selection of devices to choose from. I have a eleaf trim mod that only goes up to 20w and I was looking for a larger tank to go with it. The guy at the counter suggested the tobeco super mini tank and said it should work fine with my device. I bought it, and tried it out and was unhappy to discover it leaked everywhere! I came back in and they said well maybe it was my device or my juice, and that it was "normal" to have juice go in your mouth when you inhale. Um no it's not, but ok then. So I asked for a return and store credit at the least. The guy went and talked to the manager and said sorry nothing we can do. So you sell me a faulty device, try and make up excuses why it doesn't function properly, and then just say sorry too bad? Shops could probably get away with this back in the day, but with so many vape shops around and so many online stores available, customers have too many options to shop at a store with such disregard for the customer. It's sad that a local business would rather lose a customer than even consider giving a partial refund of a measly $20. Is losing a new customer really worth $20 to this shop? What a bad way to run a business. Even if they had zero fault in this situation I would still expect them to try and work with me. So it's really sad that they would sell me a device that doesn't work properly and be so unwilling to do anything to make the situation right. Avoid this place, there are better options ,

They have an awesome rewards program as well. They quickly answer any questions on instagram or over text, and are very knowledgeable. I definitely keep coming for the atmosphere and workers though, they are very relaxed and they aren't cringy like a lot of vape shops can be. I am an old Deadhead and I've done some things, but I don't understand all the new stuff. I do not think this is stuff to get you high. It's sold as energy boost and, you know, stress relief, and whatever. I think it's totally legal, and not very strong. But, they have vape stuff, they have edibles, they have drinks, and they do have pipes and accessories for us older freaks.
